Let's quickly review yesterday's article.
We can all attest that at one point of our lives have strove for perfectionism. It’s easy to do when the perfection we're looking for is in school, hobbies, and maybe an after-school job. We realize that as we grow older, we realize that life gets more complicated. The responsibilities that we are given at work and also the added pressure of raising a family can actually become too overwhelming. And if you do not take care, your perfectionist attitude can become destructive instead of productive.
Letting go of perfectionism is not an easy task, but it’s very necessary in life if you want to move forward. It’s important to remember that we can’t do everything so perfect with no mistakes but that mistakes are part of life and is expected as humans. And as long as we continue to learn from our mistakes, we’ll always be one step closer to reaching our goals.
We all try to do our best, but sometimes we might allow perfectionism get in the way and make us unrealistic. And for overachievers, this has always been a real problem.
Perfectionism can be an hindrance to you reaching your goals and it's especially tough to keep being a perfectionist as you get older and your responsibilities increase. Therefore, it's important to remember that you're not perfect, and that's okay because you're human.
So you do not need to be so hard on yourself, let go of your quest for perfectionism and embrace your weakness. Then you'll be happier and more productive.

True words my friend 👌😀. Exercise help to do a lot in the human body,I watched a video on tiktok about a 65 year old man. The man is so fit to the core and highly active,I can't see my young self going on a fight duel with the old man cos he's gonna rip me off😂. Now I'm also working on myself,cos I don't wanna be a weak old man. I wanna ask how physical exercise develops the brain?
