Evaluate yourself
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Another weekend is almost here. I hope you're having a productive week. Also I hope you're still working with your resolutions for this year or you've forgotten about it.
Let's quickly do a recap of yesterday's article. Yesterday I wrote about the disadvantages of having rifts with people and the advantage of learning to forgive people.
Forgiveness is one of the virtues and characters that enables people to succeed in life. It is a process of deleting things, memories and situations that will not allow a person reach their desired goal. Forgiveness also means giving up the resentments, bitterness and anger you have towards another person or group that has hurt you or caused you pain in the past. Forgiveness requires your will, it involves you making the decision to move forward, and enjoy your life instead of focusing on the things that happened in the past that hurts you. Sometimes, forgiveness is communicated by showing love toward one's offender.
Yesterday's article on how to avoid rifts is very important because sometimes those pains and unforgiveness can hold you back and make it hard for you to move on with life. I've heard of people that have not forgiven someone and because of that the unforgiveness have held them back.
When you want i forgive someone, the first thing to do is that you need to know why it was wrong not to forgive in the first place. You will get a lot of ideas from others who may share your same point of view.
Rifts has the ability to keep you separated from people who have been good to you. If you have some kind of issues with someone, it could lead to a very big problem that you would not be able to handle. Rifts are usually caused by more than one reason, and it in turn leads to more than one end product. To avoid rifts, you'll need to learn to forgive. Forgiving would definitely make your relationship with the every other person better and would make you enjoy being around people. Also when the person is worth it, especially if that person is your best friend and it is looking like it is becoming rifts, you should work them out as soon as possible so that you'll avoid any quarrels that may arise later on. Resentment grows into bitterness and finally into a rift that is full of animosity and malice. Resentment has never been and will not be a solution for any problem. Therefore learn to forgive as much as you eat.
Special thanks to my sponsors both old and the ones planning to, subscribers both old and those that will subscribe now, also thanks to those who thumbs up and comment on my post, I really appreciate all of you, I do not take it for granted.
Today, I'll be writing about evaluating yourself.
It's not just about doing whatever you do a lot of times, but about producing good results that people will love and respond to. To get there you need a coach or a mentor that'll tell you what is lacking. You need someone to tell you when your work is good, and when it's not. Someone who won't massage your ego or comfort you, but who is interested in you being the best version of yourself.
Be it an art, a skill or an ability. We can learn most things through study and training. But there are certain things that can't be taught; they have to be understood. For example, it's not that you can't teach someone how to ride a bike – it's just that riding a bike requires a special kind of co-ordination that is best understood. With mentoring, you'll have a guide who'll take you through the process of learning these things that need to be understood.
Now, you don't have to be a professional mentor or mentoree, but if you want to succeed in life, you should have a mentor. It can be a boss, coach, parent, friend - anyone who has certain skills that you want to learn and grow into.
The important thing is finding someone you know, or even friend of a friend whose a writer. Tell them about your goals and get their feedback about what you're currently doing, as in where you feel stuck, what's holding you back etc.
Thanks for reading through. Have a great day.
