A leader should be a continuous learner

A quick review of yesterday's article.Qny leader that is accountable is much better than a leader that is not. This is because by being accountable, they are taking responsibility for their actions and this will help them make sure that they do not make mistake. When a leader is not accountable, he has the freedom to do whatever he wants because he knows that there is no one to stop him and this is a prequisite to disaster.
Some people think of accountability as a negative thing, but it is actually a very good thing. Every leader must be accountable to people that are superior to them and also to the people they lead. This helps to keep them from making mistakes and keep them on the right track.
When a leader is not accountable, it can be very disasterous because he can make decisions without considering the consequences of those decisions. Which can lead to chaos and confusion.
A good leader must be able to receive feedback and corrections gracefully without grudges and also continue to serve those he leads well.
Accountability is very key to having a healthy leadership structure.
