This thing happened to me twice last week. One was 0.5 and another 0.1. None of them returned even while i dropped comment on the stuff. I'm very careful now. I learnt that that the upvote feature can be customized
The only way is to let the person know about the mistake and hope he or she is kind enough to reimburse you.
