Guava Leaf Tea or Drink
Ingredients:
°Fresh green guava leafs
°Water
Steps:
√ Take some fresh guava leafs and wash very well with clean water.
√ Put washed guava leafs into a saucepan and add a litre bottle of water to it.
√ Allow it to boil on heat for about 10-15 minutes.
√ Allow to cool for about 2 minutes after boiling and then filter into a bottle.
√ Now your guava Leaf drink or tea is ready.
√ You can add a little honey (if you want) to sweeten it a bit.

Rice dishes across the world (Part 5)
Rice Pudding
Today's recipe is more like something you can have for breakfast. I hope you'll love and try it during your leisure time💞💕.
Ingredients:
~ Cooked rice 🍚
~ Sugar
~ Milk or cream
~ Banana 🍌 (optional)
~ Nutmeg (optional)
~ Fresh strawberry (optional)
~ Toasted nuts (optional)
~ Beaten egg
~ Cold butter
Procedure:
√ Pour cooked rice into a saucepan.
√ Add sugar, rice, cream or milk to rice in saucepan under medium heat.
√ Whiles cooking, keep stirring often until liquid reduces and pudding thickens.
Note: This will take about 20-24 minutes.
√ Add strawberry or toasted nuts or a combination of banana and cinnamon with a bit of nutmeg.
√ Serve hot or warm as a breakfast or cold as ice cream.
Note: For a richer and creamier pudding; mix beaten eggs with extra milk or cream and add to pudding. Cook for about 3 minutes with a bit of cold butter.

Rice across the world dishes (Part 4)
Vegetable Pulao Recipe (Bengali Vegetable Fried Rice)
Ingredients:
° 1 bay leaf
° 4 cloves
° 2 inch cinnamon
° 4 green cardamon
° 1 star anise
° ghee
° 4 cups of rice
° Chilis and salt to taste
° Preferred vegetables
Steps:
✓ Set and cook rice.
Note: Let it be 90% cooked.
✓ Heat ghee and melt it. Then, add other spices.
✓ Add washed, chopped and sliced preferred vegetables to ghee and other spices on high heat for 5-7minutes.
✓ Add your 90% cooked rice and salt. Mix well.
✓ Gently add chillis.
✓ Cover rice and now cook under slow heat to have rice well cooked.
✓ This can be served hot with dal.
