Alex Morgan
Alexandra Patricia Morgan is the very first female footballer I'm writing about in my article series of footballers.
Lucky her right?☺️ Alex is an American football player born on 2nd July, 1989 in San Dimas, California, U.S. Her playing positions are center-forward or striker.
She plays for the Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team.
She has been been co-captain for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team since 2018. She has been married to Servando Carrasco since 2014.
This explains why sometimes people get a bit confused with her new name Alexandra Morgan Carrasco. Well, she's still the same player people adore on the field.

Congratulations to Arsenal on winning yesterday's game by staying 4th on the board with 40 points whiles Chelsea stays on the board with 30 points (better luck next time to them).
I believe Chelsea thought that they were winning this game when they were leading with 2pts to 1pt against Arsenal.
But that wasn't a dream come true for them them because Arsenal's number 10 (Hector Bellerin) gave a late but dramatic equalizer.
All this took place at Stamford Bridge. I'm not really a big fan of football, but I decided to share this since that's what a lot of people are talking about today in my area. Where are the Chelsea and Arsenal fans?😍👏💞❤️

How to prepare Banku
How to prepare banku
Ingredients:
√ 1 cup of corn dough
√ 1/3 of cassava dough
√ Water
Steps:
✓ Mix corn dough and cassava dough with warm water properly.
✓ After mixing properly, pour into a saucepan and put on medium heat.
✓ Stir from time to time.
✓ In about 10 minutes, the mixture will start to turn hard.
✓ Make sure to stir well to get it hard but smooth.
✓When done, mould them into ball shapes.
✓ This can be served with grilled tilapia and any soup or hot chili.
Note: It takes 30-40 minutes to get this prepared.

Rice dishes across the world (Part 2)
Pilaf Rice
So today, I decided travel to India🇮🇳 and bring this special pilaf rice recipe.
Ingredients:
° 1 cup of rice
° 1 teaspoon of curry power
° 1 medium sized onion
° 14.5 ounce of chicken broth
••Spices;
° 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
° 1/4 teaspoon of grounded cinnamon
° 1/8 teaspoon of paprika
° 2 pinches of grounded cloves
Procedure:
~ Pour water into a saucepan, add chicken broth and bring to boil.
~ Combine with with all spices in a bowl and mix.
~ Chop or slice onions and add to spiced rice.
~ Add spiced rice and chopped or sliced onion to the boiling chicken broth.
~ Cover saucepan and cook until rice becomes tender. (This will take about 20-27 minutes)

Procedure:
°Rinse garden eggs leaves in clean water.
°Cut garden eggs leaves into pieces.
°Pour clean water into a pot and add the garden eggs leaves.
°Boil for 10-15 minutes.
°Allow it to cool for a while and filter into a bottle.
°Take this daily (this will help excess salt in the body and other diseases that affect the kidneys pass through the urine)

Kylian Mbappé Lottin is a French professional footballer born on 20th December, 1998 in Paris, France. He plays for the France National team and Paris Saint-Germain. In both teams he plays forward (number 7) as his position.
In the 2018 FIFA world cup grand finals which took place in Croatia, on the 15th of July, 2020, made his record as the second teenager to score in the world cup. Pelé was the first teenager to make that record.

Healthy Tips
Daily Detox Drinks
Try lime plus the other will help you a lot in;
°Skin
Add one tablespoon of lime water to cucumber water and mix. Apply mixture on skin daily and use a moist clean towel to clean your skin dry after 10-15 minutes.
°Digestion
Lime water plus mint added to a little water really helps in digestion. Cut two or three fresh lime and squeeze water into a jug and add fresh mint leaves. Add a little water to it in the jug and leave it to infuse for sometime. Keep drinking for good digestion.
°Weight Loss
Pour a quarter litre of water into a jug. Add add six tablespoons of lime water and ginger to the quarter litre of water in the jug. Shake well to mix and leave for a some few minutes to infuse.
