Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
~ Cooked rice π
~ Sugar
~ Milk or cream
~ Banana π (optional)
~ Nutmeg (optional)
~ Fresh strawberry (optional)
~ Toasted nuts (optional)
~ Beaten egg
~ Cold butter
Procedure:
β Pour cooked rice into a saucepan.
β Add sugar, rice, cream or milk to rice in saucepan under medium heat.
β Whiles cooking, keep stirring often until liquid reduces and pudding thickens.
Note: This will take about 20-24 minutes.
β Add strawberry or toasted nuts or a combination of banana and cinnamon with a bit of nutmeg.
β Serve hot or warm as a breakfast or cold as ice cream.
Note: For a richer and creamier pudding; mix beaten eggs with extra milk or cream and add to pudding. Cook for about 3 minutes with a bit of cold butter.
