Sometimes it might attack the self apathy. There's no interest and somethin' like our body didn't cooperate. A reason for absent minded too.
I know all of us experience with this. Even how I try there's something wrong. The time especially when we are alone. So what will I do if I feel unmotivated?

β’ Listening a Worship Songs
"This is the most I do first. I love listening worship songs. I have a lot of songs with my playlist. I love downloading music."π
"If I feel unmotivated especially if I have a life worries. I immediately open my phone and play it on. The message of a song, it serves me as a weapon to continue life and always be in positivity. To feel optimistic for everything. This is kind a hopeful for me that's why it helps me to have an eagerness."β€οΈ
β’ Watching Funny Videos
"Who can relate with this?π If I feel unmotivated I love to watch funny videos like Mr. Ben. Since I want somethin' to make me laugh so I will energize and be active. I love watching too at Facebook like Christian Antolin."π
"If I have an assigned task then my body and eyes are so weary then I instantly searching with those funny videos. It makes me alive while watching it with unending laughter faces.π It sounds like a festive to me. It helps me with a great satisfaction."β€οΈ
β’ Listening Favorite Songs
"Oh!βΊοΈ This is one of my favorite part. Since I was a kid I'm really a great fan with the Korean Songs. It sounds like a best friend to me. It gives me motivation in one second. Just kidding!"π
"Even I don't understand what is the meaning of the song, still I love it. Sounds funny right?π Yes I'm a true addict with Korean songs. I mostly downloaded the songs from the series I've been watched. My favorite songs until now is from "Boys Over Flowers" korean Series."βΊοΈ
"About my phone playlist. Mostly you can see are my favorite Korean songs. It makes lively when I heard it. It makes me inspired and reminded me of a particular thing that I need to lift up and continue to step by step. It really helps me a lot from being self indurated."β€οΈ
β’ Doing Exercises
"Yes if I felt that my body not cooperating like I am so down. I perform an exercises to flex my body and to wake up self too from being a nonstimulant. I'm executing only the basics about 30 minutes as a warm up."
"I play automatically with the music too while performing exercises. It feels good if you're having a sweats. It needed also to our body. It boost our immune system then physically fit and healthy. It's important to do an exercise and it's for our own good. It helps a lot too especially now we're facing pandemic."
β’ Taking a Bath
"I don't know if you can relate this.π This is one of my motivator too.βΊοΈDuring self inappetent I take a bath because after it feels refreshing, good and it sudden changes a mood. It is like a reinvigorate of a self."β€οΈ
"Sometimes my mind like a clock stop. How many times I tried to think nothing happens that's why I did it and it serves as a big help of mine. After, my mind will be back functionally and it response actively what I want to think for and also with an actions through my hands."
"These are the tips that mostly I perform. It will serve as my life motivator and saver. It's really important to fulfilled our task especially those important matters. We need to help ourselves it will never be achieve if you didn't take an actions too instead use it with a mind and body."
"Don't let yourself steal those useless times that you don't make the set task completely. You must be create an activities to carry you with those self unmotivated. Practice ourselves to be an active individual. It helps us with our daily living to the future we're facing."
