Overthinking.
*It is no secret that thinking too much about something has consequences both physically and mentally. What happens is that many times we are not aware of this habit. We think all the time about every activity we do. The content of that activity, the thoughts can become disturbing to us when their presence is constant, wondering how far it is normal for them to pursue us, as if it were our shadow.*

Remember that how we think affects our emotions, feelings and behaviors. Thoughts are the contents of our mental processes that occur in the brain, these can be voluntary and involuntary. They are ideas, beliefs and memories interacting with each other, they can be negative or positive, thus generating new mental activity, with the wear and tear that this implies. On the other hand, worry refers to a chain of negative thoughts, which represent an attempt to find a mental solution to the problem. Also, obsessive thoughts arise frequently and generate discomfort. Although the previous ways of thinking are different, they coincide in that they are persevering, having somehow the power to prevent us to stop paying attention to the negative aspects, generating difficulties at a personal level, especially in our ability to concentrate. In the same vein, we can say that there are certain signs that we have excessive thoughts that go beyond our control. **They are:** - Presence of constant negative thoughts about oneself. - Thoughts do not stop even for a while, or worries cannot be put aside. - Imagining that the worst is going to happen. - Frequently reliving conversations in our head.

Thinking excessively can be an indicator of difficulty in solving our problems; thinking about them does not mean taking care of them. In fact, if we do not take care of them, if we do not take action, they will hardly be solved and they will stop making us spend mental energy. In that sense, there is a type of "overweight" that you have surely experienced at some time. I am referring to that time when you think in excess. That's why everything weighs, everything suffocates and you can't find a solution. Almost without realizing it, problems double and you feel paralyzed, giving shape to what is known in psychology as analysis paralysis. Science says that people who think and doubt much more about their decisions, who give a thousand turns to things, end up suffering physical and psychological exhaustion, in addition to the risk of suffering anxiety and depression. To conclude, it is important to remember that all people think about the problems we have or the different situations that happen to us. The problem appears when we worry in an unlimited or excessive way, even when the situation has already been resolved; or when we become obsessed with a subject that represents a danger to us and when we review the reality we do not find coherent reasons to be worried. We must be clear that thinking a lot is not synonymous with thinking well. It is not because we spend hours thinking about something that a brilliant idea will emerge. Most likely, doubts will increase and we will be trapped in a hole. Do you think about things a lot? Dear readers, your opinions are very valuable to me, I will be very attentive to your comments. Without a doubt, I always overthink things. That is why I ended up hurting myself and sometimes I even hurt the people around me.🥺
Unfortunately that is one of the negative parts of thinking so much and letting yourself be overwhelmed by doubts, I sincerely hope you can take control of your thoughts.
Thank you for that. I am trying to control my emotions though.
I always overthin in everything...I don't know why...and end of the day I destroy all my surroundings by myself
I understand you my friend, I've been through the same situation. I think it is a stage in our life that we must overcome. The good thing is that you already recognize that you are acting wrongly, that is the first step. The second step is to learn from those mistakes and not allow yourself to make them again. Have faith in yourself, it will not happen overnight, but take the step forward, if you can.
I agree with the doubts. The more you think of something especially negative ones, you tend to allow doubt invade your mind. Anyway, thanks for this blog of yours sir. I cant deny I have learned something from you. By the way, nice to meet you here on Read.Cash!
