Depression
Okay before I delve into the subject of depression, what it entails and the cure, Let check the meaning of depression.
So what's Depression?
According to the dictionary definition in my phone; it says depression is period of unhappiness or low morale which lasts longer than several weeks and may include ideation of self-inflicted injury or suicide.
Well this subject called Depression, through surveys and study has killed a larger number of persons in the society today. And it's still in action. And well I'm just going to go straight to the point on how I think Depression can be cured:
-okay first of all, engage in Daily exercise: Yeah, you had me right! As funny as this may sound. Exercise is not just for the body, it's for your mental health too. Go and find a gymnasium and register for a daily routine. Start with that working out those fats and bad thoughts away.
-Eat healthy: A large number of Depressed people just eat anything just because they feel depressed, most times they dont even eat well. They eat maybe once a day. There's no way you are going to get off that bad mood if you're hungry. There's a minute satisfaction that comes with eating well psychologically. No matter how hard it is, if you cant go to the eateries to get food, try as much as possible to cook something good at home or get a chef to do that for you.
-Have Fun: well most depressed persons just feel they are helpless and thereby withdraw themselves from the outside world. They dont engage in lively activities. Well truth is that you dont have to go out to have fun, you can stay at home and have fun. Maybe register for that online game, talent conpetion, dance, hear songs. Just do something you know you have always wanted to do that's fun. If you can go out to the cinemas, amusement parks, then go. Give yourself a try to try to be happy.
-Talk to a therapists: If you feel you need someone to hear you out. I would advice you ho for a therapy. It reduces the anxiety and sense of loneliness.
-Lastly set goals for yourself: This is very underrated. Well you don have to set goals for something big. It could be something little like maybe finishing a novel in 3 hours or you know something that will make you want feel accomplished.
Well they might be other cure for Depressions I didn't list here, but I'm sure there are other cures.
