Pinakbet or Pakbet Eto yung pinakatotoong "Authentic" Pinakbet Ilocano foods. Yung iba makapagpost ng "Pinakbet Ilocano" pero ginigisa naman. Pero nanay ko, hindi karne nilalagay kundi hinimay na isda. Minsan galunggong, minsan tilapia. Yung mga matatanda ang masarap magluto niyan kahit walang magic sarap. Kapatid ng asawa ko na antagal sa ibang bansa, nung umuwi ang sabi sa lola, "La, adiay man kuma man luto yo nga pinakbet" 😂 Kakaiba talaga ang lasa ng luto ng matatanda. Pareho naman ng ingredients pero bakit sa kanila mas masarap haha.
