Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Do you believe that heaven is present here on earth? Every time when you get enter the house of God, did you feel the same that we are entering God's Kingdom? Are our good deeds enough so that we can inherit the kingdom of God? What God said to inherit in His kingdom?

In the gospel of Matthew, chapter 18, verses 1-5, Jesus said that "Truly I say to you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of heaven. This is not a sort of reminder for us all christians but a promise that we should hoped for.

Unless you change

If we want to inherit the kingdom of heaven and see God's face, we need to repent and believe in His words. We should change our negative thoughts to positive values. This change that God wants to happen is not only to those who did not believe in Him.

Those who serve Him are the one who disobey God's will and commands. They pretend to be good in front of other people but they hide from their fake faces and personalities. They are the one who closed the door of heaven so that many people could enter to it.

Become like little children

Why children? And not like a priest or like a pastor? Does this mean that children are hundred percent can inherit the kingdom of heaven? Only God knows about it.

Why God wants us to be changed and became like little children in order to inherit His kingdom in heaven? Children are innocent and ignorant people. Their souls are not yet stained with any evil works. They angry but after few minutes they were fine and okay. They are dependent and always rely on their parents. That's also what God wants us adults to happen that we should depend on His love and mercy for we are nothing without Him. He doesn't want us to sow hatred, revenge and retaliation. He wants us to live peacefully, to love our enemies patiently and to ask forgiveness heartily.

Children possess good character traits. As we grow older, our lives become more complicated. Our minds are preoccupied with lot of desires on earthly things that sometimes caused us frustration, depression, discontentment, trouble and conflict.

You will never enter the Kingdom of heaven.

God wants us all to be saved and inherit His kingdom. But not all can enter to it. Lot of Christ's teachings written in the bible that keep promises to us. You will never enter the Kingdom of God if our actions are not in accordance to His will. If we continue to do some wrongdoings that against to God's will, we have less chance that we can enter into His kingdom because God is a God of goodness.

Jesus as the last messenger of God taught us on how to be saved in many ways. He brings heaven on earth. He was a concrete example of God's love.

In the gospel of John, Jesus said that "No one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

In this passage, we are reminded by God that our lives will be renewed and changed through baptism. Baptism is also a requirement before going to heaven. It will serve as our passport going to God's Kingdom.

To inherit God's Kingdom, let us keep heaven's treasures. Let's increase our faith to Him. Let's get connected always with Him through prayer. Let's be obedient to all His commands and let's do all things with love.
