Everything was all for our sake.

What would come to your mind if you come across something like this:

Someone lied to God.

Wouldn't you think it is a silly thing to do because you know God sees everything and knows everything that is hidden to the sight of men?

It is just impossible to do a lot of things to God not because we can't do some of these things but because it is a complete waste of time since it doesn't affect him or change who he is and it leads to the question, why did God created the commandments when he won't be affected by the things we do here on earth?

Would you have bothered creating a law in your neighborhood if people violating it wouldn't affect you?

I wouldn't do that as long as I don't have a problem with it but God making these laws as part of the love he has shown to the human race. It is funny how people think they are disobeying God by violating God's commandment because we are just bringing problems to ourselves. No wonder the world has become a terrible place to live, people no longer value the life of their fellow humans, adultery and different dirty things have become a new normal way of life for us.

Read through the commandment and answer the questions that follow.

• You shall have no other gods before Me.

How does that affect God? Does having a god stop him from being the most high?

•You shall make no idols.

Does making an idol stop him from being omnipotent?

•You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

We all have done this at a point in our life, did it bring heaven down?

•Keep the Sabbath day holy.

If the world refuses not to keep the Sabbath day holy, does that remove a bit of his power?

•Honor your father and your mother.

Isn't it for our good or can you disrespect God?

•You shall not murder.

Does God have a sibling or family you can kill?

•You shall not commit adultery.

Does God have a wife or sister you can commit adultery with?

•You shall not steal.

Can you steal from God? Just tell part of God possession you can take from?

•You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

He doesn't have a family you can bear false witness again or does he?

•You shall not covet.

Is it possible to yearn for God's glory? That's impossible.

There is absolutely nothing we can do to hurt God, people preach the gospel every day as God's commandment is for our good. He knows hell is not a place that is good for us to be so why do we think we are doing God a favor by following his laws?

The world is practically a place of filthy things, there are lots of atrocities happening in my part of the world and they are happening as a result of our disobedience to the laws?

There is this big tree I usually sit on a hot afternoon because of the cool breeze the leaves blesses me with but I stop going there very often unlike before when I go there to spend at least thirty minutes.

I stopped because some guys in the neighborhood hijacked the spot and it became their spot for smoking, fighting, gambling, and saying lots of dirty things.

The last time I was there, I heard that one of them was stabbed while fornicating with his friend's lover. According to their discussion, the guy who stabbed the dead one are friends. They all went to the club together to have fun and that guy brought his girlfriend along, they were all high on drugs when his girlfriend sought permission to run an errand and she was going to return. One of the guys they were having fun together also left the table a few minutes after she left. He was tipped about their whereabouts by someone who saw them leaving the bar together, I guess the friend thought he wasn't in his right state of mind to notice his absence.

When she returned, he asked where she was coming from but she didn't respond and while threatening her, the other guy walked in to interfere. He broke a bottle and stabbed the guy, he claimed he had been suspecting there was something between them.

It was later discovered that she was having a secret affair with her boyfriend's friend. The guy has been arrested for murder, people said he wasn't in his right sense but does that matter?.

The girl is been dragged around, the murder will be killed by law and the dead person is gone forever. Did any of this affect God?

Everything they did was against the commandment of God, from the highness to the formication and killing. He wouldn't have made the law if he doesn't care about us, it is for our good and it is high time we understood that.
