Day 24
Our morning starts as usual, first sending messages to the kids who are not at home, to relatives who are in other countries or in other cities. My day was spent connected on read.cash and Mir4. In the afternoon I started making the ham bread at 3 pm, I expected to finish in less time, but it took me 4 hours to make it, but it was very good, as long as I follow the same instructions it will be fine, hehe. My wife prepared the chicken salad, we made ourselves some drinks (rum and lime and pepsi) in the meantime. After we were ready at 8 pm, we went with our load of hallacas, salad and ham bread to my sister-in-law's house, who lives one street away from my house. The pan de jamon was carried on a display tray, the neighbors who were on the street called us to see how it turned out, I had many compliments but to continue we had to make a toast at every house we stopped at.
We had dinner at 10 pm in the company of my sister-in-law, her children and grandchildren, this time the parents of the wife of one of her children were there, so the number of people increased. Here we were together talking until 1 am, I do not like these cell phone meetings but I chose to go with the flow, I took out my phone and was checking Facebook, I wanted to leave earlier but I had to wait until 12 and a little more.
Day 25
Being 1 am we visited the neighbors wishing them Merry Christmas, the neighbor in front of my house was singing karaoke, along with other neighbors, I arrived with my wife we were singing and dancing, after a while we see that it was 5 am, wow ... we go, next act to sleep, we got up at 1 pm, had lunch and back to bed until 5 pm, we woke up to play and sing Christmas carols.
The community organized a delivery of toys to the children in various sectors, this day corresponded the delivery in the urbanization, we participated with the parrandon in accompaniment, we had to hurry because the delivery was at 6 pm, one of the neighbors gave us 1 bottle of liquor, so we went from house to house delivering toys, singing and toasting, we finished at my sister-in-law's house where another bottle of liquor was waiting for us, there we stayed until 11 pm.
Day 26
My wife made a chocolate cake, breakfast hallaca, lunch was pasta with a pork sauce and dinner hallaca.
Some neighbors get together almost every night to play dominoes, I haven't played for a while because I'm immersed in the Web, but I went to the square where they play, my wife brought them some hallacas and mango juice while they played, then served them chocolate cake. They were complaining that the soft drink was missing, hahaha.
Days 27 and 28
Not much to talk about, still eating hallacas, haha it's the only dish and resting.
Until this moment they brought me this delicious dessert as I write.
