Build people with your words and not destroy them
I have learned to mind my business and do my things in the best way that I can. I put my big thumb on the right box whenever I see any good work and anything that interests me. I am not the kind of guy who likes to destroy anyone in any manner but to help in every manner. I am not in a competition with anyone but with myself, and for this, I strive to be better each day than I was yesterday.
The read.cash platform came as an experiment to see how BCH adoption can work using a reward model and therefore encourage people around the world to join in the reward pool by writing about anything that interests them. There are no restrictions on who can use the site, and there are no specifications of the type of writing that is required to be qualified for publication on the site except for a prohibition of porn materials. Furthermore, there are no language barriers, and users can write in their native languages.
Since it's as stated above, anyone can write about whatever they like and however they can present it in writing. The read.cash site is not a gig harbor nor is it a professional publishing website, it's for amateurs and learners. Many of us started here without any writing experience, and over the years some of us have grown to have a touch of professionalism in our writing, but that doesn't make us different from everyone else, and shouldn't make us look down on those who are just beginning in their writing journey.
It's common for a beginner to make mistakes and even go on to look for a quicker way to make it easy for themselves. Do I have to destroy them for their errors or mistakes? Certainly not, I only need to correct and help them in the most way that I can to make them better writers in the future. I am not the one to tell them what to write about, it's a free world, and anyone is free to write about anything they like.
Most of us who are oldies on the site think that we have attained a status that deserves some special recognition, and now feel discouraged when the size of our rewards is getting lower than what they used to be and we blame it on those who are just beginning and doing their best in what they like to do. To us, it seems they are stealing our rewards because we believe we are the only ones putting in the effort to produce good content, and for that, they should be shown the exit door.
However, I think we are becoming too judgmental in our approach to what others do, we are becoming too greedy and only care about ourselves and the size of reward we could get for our writing. We should learn to accept people for who they are and what they do, accept them for what they are doing, and don't impose a new mindset on them and the way they write.
We claim we are BCH promoters and supporters, while the rest of the people are BCH eaters. Granted, we must realize that the majority of these people don't even know how cryptocurrency works let alone what BCH is. So, it's not in my right to ask anyone what they do with the BCH rewards they earn for writing and what are they doing with the BCH they have earned and keep earning. I only know what I am doing with the BCH I have earned.
If there is anything important I have learned since I joined this community is that no one can be trusted. The game of deceit is at the highest level, everyone is looking for a way to fool someone else. There is always someone scheming to take advantage of someone else to gain some profit for themselves.
Nonetheless, none of these is a problem to me nor am I bothered by those who do them. After all, we are in a free market and anyone can do whatever brings them profit or rewards. My duty and also what I think should be your duty as oldies on the platform is to be a role model and support to upcoming writers. This is why I dedicate more time and effort to writing articles that guilds and inspire newbies to give their best in their writing journey.
Our words are to build others and not to destroy them. We need each other to succeed and be relevant. We all come together to create, learn and help each other grow. If not, then everything will end.
With that, I end this write-up and will see you guys soon, good luck and take care.

Big ups sir, you said it all, some people just don't like to give others a chance to prove that they can get better and when they started, they were given chance to grow in the platform, not everyone came as a pro here and over the months that I have been here, aside from the rewards, my writing skills got better and I can say that it's because of the chanced given to be to prove myself that I can't remain in a loop, let's try to give the new comers chance to learn and also earn so they won't think that the RandomRewarder only favor the oldies here.
