Health is Wealth
Many people find themselves in a situation where they have to struggle for wealth, some even believe if they have wealth, they have health. But such assumption is very wrong, the greatest wealth a man can have is his good health.
Being able to move around freely without anyone to assist you is a blessing, if you think this life is all about money, what to eat, what to wear, whom to love, place to visit and so on, then you are thinking it the wrong way. Our health is one of the most priority we should take note of. Many people take every other thing serious except for their health, if you're not paying attention to your health, then you are not paying attention to your wealth.
Here are some important tips to note if you want to be healthy
1. Drinking of water

According to the definition of when I was still in the primary school, I was told "water is a colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid"
@Kristofferquincy will never take any other drink except for water anytime we are out together, at first, I was thinking I was enjoying more then he do, but I recently realise he was more healthier than I, so I just the gain of drinking water, if you want to me more healthier, you need to reduce the way you consume soda, beer and alcohol, all this liquid are harmful to our body system, though when wé are taking them, we enjoy the taste and feel good but our health isn't and you're putting that body system in danger, you wanna become healthy right, now let's go 90days without any other drink than water. I'm on my 3rd week without soda, just water.
2. Eat Good fruit.
Different fruit has the potential to keep us from many diseases, the more fruit you eat, the far away sickness stay from you, do you know, carrot helps keeps the eyes better and in a good shape, kidney beans, I guess it got it name from kidney beans because it helps protect the kidney, I'm sure you must have heard this "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away" that's to show how important fruit are to our health. If you want to remain more healthy, you might want to stay away from those fried food and stick a little more to good fruit .
3. Exercise
You eat, you sleep, and you think that all to keep you healthy, I laugh, exercise is good for the body, don't be a lazy human that just eat and pile up fat in the body. I'm not saying you should go to the gym, there are various way to exercise yourself, you can go for a jog, a run, take a walk to a far distance, skipping at home and many more, it is even more risky to stay in a place all day just eating without doing anything, you have to burn those harmful calories in your body.
In conclusion.
We all need to stay healthy, not just for ourselves, but for our loved one, people out there love you, don't go after the wealth, don't get me wrong, having an aim or a desire to fulfill is not wrong but don't chase those things at the detriment of your health. I wish everyone reading this a healthier life.

Absolutely right that health is our wealth and responsibility. We must keep engaging to those exercises that will help us becoming physically fit. I usually like eating fruits and vegetables it makes me feel better hehe
