F*CK ME! I'm VEGAN! That's how VJFBar begins a small talk on their t-shirt. Born and raised in Amsterdam, this futuristic, super-colorful bar is like a paradise of future plant-based junkies. The menu is talking itself. Ain’t no party without the iconic Rainbow Fries and Notuna Nacho. It looks so damn good! Hold on, there are even the world’s first one vegan ribs on the menu! And vegan Zeastar, which is their futuristic sashimi made of seaweed. Wanna something special? Try Buba Cream. It's a mix of plant-based ice cream made of chewy tapioca pearls, and flashy toppings. What do I miss? Oh dear, it's a plant-based Burger, which is killing me softly with his song...

What do you call a Turkish baby? Kebab-y? Haha. And if seriously, Swiss food-tech startup "Planted" develops one of the world’s first vegan kebab skewers. They are food scientists and they love tech. New in the family, our planted kebab will blow your mind. It tastes like a meat skewer should, full of flavor, juicy and crispy at the same time, they said. Actually, meat is made of plants: pea protein, pea fiber, canola oil, and Swiss water.

Imagine our future living in cities where green hot-dogs made from algae are the most popular street food. We don't talk about Shrek or green aliens. We talk about us, 'cause "algaemy" is the new economy of the future. So somewhere in the middle of Copenhagen is one cool research and design lab called SPACE10. They are on a mission to create a better everyday life for people and the planet. And here is their dogless hotdog. It’s made with dried and glazed baby carrots, beet and berry ketchup, mustard and turmeric cream, roasted onions, cucumber salad, and a herb salad mix. However, the star of the show and what gives its eye-catching looks is the bun itself. That’s because it’s made with spirulina–the micro-algae.

This is amazing. my wife is vegetarian and I am still omnivorous! We get Yves and Beyond meat constantly because they both do such a good job! I don't miss a thing! =D
