Why You Are Marked As Spam? **Disclaimer:** *The content inside this write-up is purely my observations and it has nothing to do with the read. cash team, if you want more clarification then DYOR. If I mentioned some invalid details, please correct me immediately.*

Are you experiencing this **“Mark As Spam”** on your account? Do you wonder why it happens? I'll explain it to you one by one, how in the world you are marked as spam.. just read until the end! Newbie counts in the platform or shall I say new accounts usually experience this “Marked As Spam” problem. Some factors affect your account and worst lead to be on the mark as a spam list.

What are the reasons why a certain account is labeled as spam? Many are so clueless why their accounts have been a move to a spam list, and when our accounts are marked as spam the robot will never visit our account to give tips. It's like you are not on the master list to have his visit. **Inactivity** When you seldom open your account, never expect to have a good standing on the platform. The system can read your activities, if you open your account very seldom your activity counts are not much. The robot will think you are not human, why? There are some cheaters creating bot accounts. These bot accounts can post and leave comments as well but spam comments. If you don't prove you are human then never expect that the robot will visit you. Some users blog at different sites, they open their account seldomly but they have proven their identity in the system already. Their credibility is already known by the algorithm. **Using VPN** If you are using a VPN your IP address will change, if you keep changing your IP address the algorithm wonders why you are doing that? Are you trying to cheat or something? This VPN thingy has been an issue when read. cash tried to reward users from the first world country with ads. The reason for it was to increase adoption of BCH in the first world country because usually the site was dominated by 3rd world countries such as Bangladesh and the Philippines. I read this thing from noise. cash talking head, when he cleared about the ads issue in read.cash. I will just apologize if I cannot provide you the link or the data about it because he posted it I think 6 months ago. I must say, that from then on using VPN for non trusted users is a NO. But this is only my point of view. **You created many accounts** If you created many accounts the system can detect it, and the algorithm moves you to a spam list so you will never be given tip by RandomRewarder. During the old system creating up to 3 accounts is okay as long as you are not upvoting your other account using your other account and it tackles different topics. But right now that the system of tipping changed, I think sticking to one account is better. I will not go deeper into how come the system can detect if you have created different accounts, so I will not give any hints to cheaters. If your account was linked to other accounts then for sure you are moving to the spam list just to prevent you from cheating! **You share connections with other users**

If your account is new and you are not yet recognized by the system sharing an internet connection with other users can affect your account, the system will read it like you have many accounts. Even the old users who shared the same connection can affect their accounts as well. **Tagging Many Users In your Article (Especially Marc Damsel)**

There are a lot of spammers who keep tagging Marc just to get his attention hoping he will notice them, without them knowing it can lead to marking as spam. Some are tagging known users in the platform especially those who belong to the top tippers just to get their attention, to have connections with them. When the #Club1BCH was born it was trending and many are tagging us just so they can have a free ride, ride to be in the club, or receive supports. That is why we filter who will join the club, not just those random users who never interacted with us and do not after for quality. Anyone who was caught cheating just like plagiarism will not tolerate users who only want an easy connection. **You are reported for plagiarism or other violation** Plagiarism has been a hot issue in the platform last month, well it has good effects as it will lessen the plagiarism plague. It will give a lesson to all users not to attempt plagiarising other content for the sake of monetizing. Some users randomly read your article and scan them on a plagiarism checker if they found out some content being plagiarized. They'll report you. When the system receives several reports from your account they'll review your account, if you engage in serious violations such as name-calling, posting pornographic content, or calling violence you'll be ban immediately. If you are reported for spamming then they'll see your account activity you'll be a move to a spam list. To avoid this kind of error please double check your work, scan it on a plagiarism checker if you want to avoid any further conflicts in the future. Stop being lazy! Especially you are not yet a trusted user. **Wrong grammar, punctuation and spelling** If you are a new writer on the platform, the system doesn't know you yet. If the system detected you have a lot of errors in your article it can affect your account. Why? Just like I said there are bot accounts that were created here. That bot can post copied articles then paraphrase, or just shuffling words. If you are human you should do your best to lessen the grammatical errors and proper usage of punctuation. As well as spelling, I've read noise.cash reply about this. I cannot find it now, sorry. Not all are native English speakers but there are apps like **Grammarly** that can help you lessen the errors of your writing, or just paste your writing in **Google Docs** for some corrections.

Closing Thoughts Those are only my observations, but I based them on what I read from the noise. cash talking head replies as I like reading his replies to know some updates and learnings as well. As for me, I am not fluent with my writing as well. I also have some errors like tenses, grammar, singular and plural so I used grammarly to correct it or paste it in Google Docs. Grammarly is not perfect too but at least it can help a little. Please know that everything we do here can affect our account and our credibility, let's do our best to be better.
