Bitcoin Cash is only 4 years old in coming August in the crypto market, since it is a hard fork from Bitcoin BTC many are underestimating it. Giving wrong information and predicting that it will fail. But they are wrong because Bitcoin Cash is the most successful hard fork of BTC!

As I was searching what was the lowest price of Bitcoin Cash last May 2020, I stumbled on an article that was written by Stormgain blog. Mostly the information and the price prediction that was written is outdated, maybe they did not update the article anymore. What makes it funny is that the prediction was pretty far from where Bitcoin Cash now.

Funny Prediction that was made for Bitcoin Cash from known services

First one is from Smartereum, they are thinking that BCH will fail because BTC already found solutions for scalability via SegWit and Lightning Network which is at the current situation of BTC, it didn't help at all.

But at least they have a good prediction that BCH will have a chance and grow to $10,000 per 1 BCH for the next five years.

Second was the Trading Beast prediction, given the price brackets they provided they even called it “optimistic”, I mean how come it's optimistic when the price they predicted is low. I mean as you can see, they predicted that the minimum price at the beginning of 2020 is $147 and $217 for maximum price, I entered crypto last June 2020 and BCH price is playing around $250 above. While they said on 2022 the price will be at least$359 to $529 for maximum.

Isn't it they are underestimating BCH?

WalletInvestor at least have a better insights about BCH, although the price they predicted was surpassed by the last high before the market crash, it is nearer on the current price. They also don't believe BCH will crash and price won't drop.

But still they believe BTC is the king.

This one is the funniest, with very negative prediction and see the project as worst. Imagine they said 2021 will be the worst year for Bitcoin Cash, like hello? BCH rallied to $1650 before the market crashed. And believe that BCH will fall to it's historical minimum price of $43 per coin. The one who predicted this might have grudge against BCH lol. And their prediction is until 2024 🤦 with very low price per BCH.

Even if they said DigitalCoinPrice predicted BCH in positive manner still the price not accurate, $941 only for 2025. Which is far from the $1650 that happens on May 2021..

But at least we cannot feel that the predictor has grudge with BCH lol.

This one is the last from which I think predicted by Stormgain team or the author. Although it has some point that market is dependent to BTC movements because it dominate crypto space, still their statements sounds bias.

Also they pointed out that BCH is dependent on Bitmain that provides the biggest supports of the coin. Which shows they have underestimated BCH so much without considering other developments and continuous to promote mass adoption.

And their price prediction is only $500 in the next five years, lol that's too long.

Closing Thoughts

I just find it funny and at the same time insult for BCH, their prediction is far from what is reality of BCH now. I know that prediction is not accurate, what bothers me is that their bias statement for the project just to highlight BTC.

In current situation BCH has everything to succeed, which is the scalability, utility case, mass adoption, more projects in the blockchain, 7 nodes, warm community and helped a lot of people from under develop countries and developing countries.

If those predictors have seen the last rally of BCH before the market crashed they must slap themselves for underestimating the fork, the fork that bears the real vision of Satoshi Nakamoto for Bitcoin!

I know change is inevitable but I am pretty sure that change is something brighter for BCH because numerous merchant worldwide is already starting to adopt it at payment channel.
