Listen Boss
Hello everyone again. I hope you had a good weekend. It's best to start the new week with fun... :)
If you are considering hiring a new employee, leave the applicant alone in a room with a table and two chairs for 2 hours and record what he will do.
If this candidate tries to flip a chair over and place the table on it, get him a job in engineering.
This candidate may be a suitable employee for the accounting department if he has made an inventory of the items inside during his stay in the room.
If he just sits and starts talking about what can be done without doing anything, the counseling department will be the right place for that candidate.
He may be the right person for human resources if he is talking from an empty chair. If it catches the mouse in the room and moves it back and forth, send it to the computer section.
If he talked on the phone without a break during the 2 hours he was in the room, it means he deserved to go to the phone support department.
After 2 hours, when you enter the room, if he is trying to sell you by telling you that the tables and chairs are very good products, you should definitely take him to the marketing department.
If he argues that it is the right decision to make the furniture from wood, otherwise it will not be possible to open up space for planting new trees, his place is in the public relations department.
If he didn't notice you when you walked into the room, he'd be a great addition to my security department. If he threw the table and chairs in the room out the window, you've found a great manager to restructure his company.
That's all for now, our suggestions for new recruits. Now, we will have some suggestions regarding the management of the workplace :)
It's not the people you fire that make your life at work hell, it's the people you don't fire. Fire them all and get away.
Don't let anyone, especially an executive who shines like a star in the company, choose their next manager. The person he recommends will continue the management model that this manager, who will retire, has established independently of you. This causes your already lost authority to be thoroughly lost.
If you have enough money to buy the solution to any problem, then there is no problem.
It is not enough to practice to be perfect, because to be perfect you need to practice perfectly.
Good news will surely reach you. What matters is when you hear the bad news. You can't solve that problem unless you admit to yourself that you have a problem.
There are two moments in life when you are alone. The moment just before he dies and just before he gives a speech.
Trust yourself even when no one else can. Knowing about your customer is just as important as knowing about your product.
I hope these have been enlightening and entertaining suggestions. If you think of something about this, do not forget to share it with us.
Stay with love and live happily :)
Wow! This is interesting. The compositions and the meanings attached were superb.
