Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?

If not all, I think most of us want to become a Millionaire or to become financially secured without worrying about where to get money to buy the things that we need and want.

Personally, I want to become rich or to be a Millionaire. I want to have financial independence where I don't have to work my entire life just so I can live my life from paycheck to paycheck. I want to travel inside the Philippines and to foreign countries. I want to eat all of the food I want at a fine-dining restaurant. I want to go on shopping galore without having to check the price tags of the things I want to buy. I want to drive my own car, and live in my own house. And all of these things can only be acquired once I have enough money.

Every time I daydream of becoming a Millionaire, I also have to think of the ways that will help me to make it a reality. There are fast and easy ways, but there are also slow but sure ways.

Here are the Fast Ways:

1. Win a Lottery

Do you have lady luck beside you? Then, why don't you try your luck and see if you can guess the 4 or 6 numbers that could bring you the jackpot prize? From just betting less than a dollar or 25 pesos, the possible amount of money you can earn is Millions. That's a million times the return of the amount of your bet.

But of course, betting on a lottery will not guarantee you millions once you go to the lottery center and place your bets. There is only a 0.01 percent chance of winning, and if you don't get lucky, then say goodbye to your money. Good thing, you can always try and try and try until all of your hard-earned money is already eaten and become part of the mega jackpot, and you are left broke.

2. Marry a Rich Person

"Isang kababayan na naman po natin ang nakaahon sa kahirapan."

Have you heard this from the bitter people out there who can't find a rich person to love them with every centavo in their bank accounts?

Marry a person because you love them, and their richness should just be a bonus, but if the sole reason for marrying is just because of their wealth, then it is your decision you will carry for the rest of your life. It's your life, your choices.

Here are the slow but sure ways:

If you are unlucky both in gambling and in love, then become rich or a Millionaire slowly but surely.

1. Start Saving

Come on, now! Start saving and stop spending as if you are already a wealthy Millionaire unless you want to work your whole life. Managing your finances well will help you to become financially free and get the independence you've always wanted. I really believe in the saving formula, Allowance/Income less Savings equals Expenses.

To give you an overview of how to become a Millionaire just by saving money religiously, you just need to save 100,000 pesos per year in 10 years or 50,000 pesos per year in 20 years. Or you just have to save 8,300+ pesos per month in 10 years or ~4,200 pesos per month in 20 years. Just adjust the computation based on your own time frame.

2. Start a Business

Not all businesses will become successful. Most will get broke and fail, but some will thrive and become profitable. If you believe in the power of the products or services you will offer to your target market, then you might want to push yourself and take the risk.

Starting a business will require capital, time, patience, and dedication, and if you think you have it in yourself, then you might consider opening your business.

3. Start Investing

"Only invest what you can afford to lose."

I bet you've heard this a lot of times already, especially when you entered the cryptocurrency sphere. It's like a broken record whenever you ask for financial advice from the people who have been here for quite some time now.

I personally agree with it. Investing your hard-earned money, especially in crypto, is the riskiest thing to do, but will also give you better returns, especially when you've invested in good projects.

It's not just investing in crypto, but you can also consider investing in real estate, stocks, and other types of investment vehicles out there.

Are you good at singing? Are you a flexible dancer? Can you paint a masterpiece? Can you write heart-breaking novels? Can you act and make your audience cry? Are you good with musical instruments? Perhaps, you are also good at sports.
