Chocolate in any form is always a good solution, and if you really like it, then you will be delighted with the recipe for chocolate lasagna.
This cake is called chocolate lasagna because it has many layers, and each is better and more beautiful than the previous one. Plus, nothing has to be baked, so it’s just another plow.
Ingredients for the bottom layer:
300 g of cocoa biscuits
100 g of melted margarine
100 ml of milk
Middle part:
200 g cream cheese
50 g of powdered sugar
200 ml sweet sour cream
Chocolate part:
2 bags of chocolate pudding without cooking
500 ml of milk
Decoration:
200 ml of sweet sour cream or whipped cream
grated white and dark chocolate, chocolate balls
Preparation:
Mix the biscuits and melted margarine. Stir well so that all the biscuits come in contact with the margarine. Then add milk, then mix well again. Put the crust mass in a tray measuring 30 x 20 cm or so, and press with a spoon.
The cake can remain in the pan freely. Or put a cake ring on a tray and then make a cake, and take the ring off later. Whatever you want or have.
When you press the biscuit with a spoon, immediately make a white part. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Whip the sweet sour cream separately. Mix cream cheese and sweet sour cream. Coat the resulting mass over the biscuit part. Make a pudding part right away. Mix pudding powder and milk and whisk.
Put a little pudding everywhere and spread evenly. Decorate the chocolate lasagna and cool, then serve.
