Delicious and light banana cake.
Ingredients
For 4x covers:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
a little baking powder
File:
1 liter of milk
4 bags of vanilla pudding
1 margarine
5 tablespoons sugar
More:
4 bananas
300 g whipped cream
1/2 jar of jam
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar, flour and baking powder. bake 4 crusts for 4 rolls. when baked coat with jam and roll. When all 4 rolls have cooled, cut them to the thickness of half a nail. Put half the amount on the bottom of the bowl in which the cake will be. Heat the milk with the sugar and cook the classic pudding. when cool stir in the whipped margarine. Put half of the filling over the rolls, then two chopped bananas, then repeat. Coat the whole cake with whipped cream.
