August flew by and we welcome September with an open arms . There are many things to consider this month, such as improving oneself to become a better version of ourselves. There will be many challenges along the way to our destination, and we may be stuck for a while, but we will never get trapped forever. We'll figure out a means to overcome whatever barriers we encounter because obstacles are opportunities for growth, so we better be prepared.
That is why we should focus on self-improvement and growth this month. If you're prone to self-doubt or a lack of self-assurance. This piece of advice might be beneficial to you.
Take note: the only way to improve is to help and encourage yourself, because no one else in this world can help you until you help yourself.
You will not be able to attain the amount of self-improvement that you desire until you know where you are now and where you want to go. Otherwise, you will be aiming for the unknown, with no guarantees.
I have a list of self-improvement advice written on a piece of paper that I thought could be helpful. If you wish to improve yourself, feel free to use these tips.

Look After Yourself
Consider how you've been feeling lately. Are you satisfied with everything you've accomplished? Have you created a sleeping schedule in order to get a decent night's sleep? Are you eating on time? Are you kind with yourself?
You must first take care of yourself in order to have improvements in yourself
Set Good Daily Habits
Setting your good daily habits. Let us start in becoming a morning person first. Waking up early in the morning and start your day with a smile. Positive vibes in the morning can make your brain get tricked and everything you gonna think about is being happy.
Next thing you do is read a good book. I mean a book that you’ve always wanted to read but you haven’t got the time to read them. A book about self improvements and growth, that would be a great help for improving self.
Listen To Music
We all know that music is one of the most powerful instrument that can make us feel better when we are down. It can change our mood when we feel like we are at bottom.
According to research, music can lower anxiety, blood pressure, and discomfort, and increase sleep quality, mood, mental acuity, and memory, among other benefits
So yeah, Listening to music can help you improve yourself.
What Do I Truly Desire ?
In your life, have there been instances when you've questioned what you actually want?
There are so many things you want to accomplish in your life, but so little time to do it. Intentional growth can't happen without knowing what your goals are.
That is why knowing what you truly desire is important.
Write Journal
If you already figured out want you truly desires in your life, you can write a journal about your goals for you to achieve.
Journal isn’t just about your goals, you can share to your journal of how you feeling, your thoughts, and even ideas.
Writing Journal can help you improve mentally because you are releasing the toxic thoughts you may have in your head, you are freeing yourself from depression because every feelings you have are written down and had been released through writing it to your journal.
