Foaming From the Mouth (The Ending) Hello friends how are you doing today? I'm fine just another day in the neighborhood. Sometimes the days seem to be so ordinary. It's one of those days for me which isn't a bad thing. So I wrote a prank story on my last article on this subject and left you ending with a cliff hanger because it was just a dream, lol. I figured why not make a short ending to it. Now this will be a little different because it will be made up not from a dream. The first one bites my boot but can't penetrate and I kick it hard. The animal flies outside the open door. My steel toed boots saved me. I guess they serve another purpose, protect your feet from raccoons. It was not an easy task to do because I got bitten above the boot on my other leg . I start to feel the pain from animals sharp teeth. My only saving grace is I hear sirens coming.

As painful as it is I drag the raccoon still latched onto my leg outside to the deck. I see a green truck that pulls up, on the side it says pest control. I think thank God help is here. A guy gets out of truck all decked out with various gear reminds me of how those guys looked in the movie, Ghost Busters. He was bald, a tad out out of shape, and was wearing thick bottle cap glasses. He approached on the lawn and took three shots with a dart gun at the other raccoon who was laying there injured. Why it took three shots to hit the animal from maybe 7 feet away didn't make me feel to good.

He approachees me now and says, " I got em, how you doing?" For a moment the pain of the raccoon latched on still went numb. I so was not happy with my help. Also a few seconds goes by and an ambulance pulls up, the real help? The guy says stay still I'm going to take a shot. Oh I so don't want to go to sleep now!! First shot hits closer to me than the animal and it hits a deck post behind me. I was thinking how many more darts are in this gun and is he going to hit me with the next shot. Second shot barely misses the raccoon. I yell to guy, "Give the dang gun to me I will shoot it." He seemed angered and took a quick shot not even taking time to aim. Fortunately he finally hits the right target. I bang my leg against a deck post and my furry attacker releases his bite.

The ambulance crew is quick to respond. I tell them to attend to my son inside first. Once I see my son being brought down and placed in the ambulance. They come back to attend to me. Once were in the ambulance they administer a shot to both us. I ask them if they are taking us to hospital and they say yes. I found out on the ride there it was to get prescribed medication to fight infection and aid with quicker healing. We both returned back home later that morning.

I'd like to say the raccoons were in good hands but I don't have a lot of faith. I did see him place them in cages and load them in the back of his truck. I witnessed him leaving and was thinking was God testing me with this odd help I received from him? Thanks for stopping by friends. I hope you enjoyed my imagination.
