Ten Tips on How to Become a Positive Person

Hi, dudes what's up? As for me, nothing is new always absent-minded, and end up with nothing to publish at the end of the day in short I am unproductive. But then thanks to my dearest friend @Chelle18 for this idea that she had given me and that I need to write even though it's already 1 am Kuwait time as of this writing so without further ado I start.
Tips to become a positive person
1. Think before you speak
It is important to think before we speak it's because one negative word or phrase can destroy someone's feelings and if we do not think about it we might say some cruel words that can demotivate someone it's a part of human behavior that due to our emotions about something we forget to think before we speak so might we start to develop this kind of attitude to avoid saying unkind words.
2. Always keep an open mind
We should practice learning to listen and accept some sort of ideas and opinions of others we open-minded people are an incredibly important trait as a person as well.
3. Discuss rather than argue
Arguing does nothing to develop a solution to a problem we should respect another person at all times to avoid the headache that can cause more wrinkles on our forehead lol.
4. Think Positive thoughts
Practicing positive self-talk and practicing gratitude can be helpful ways to start having a more positive outlook in life. If we think positively we will become productive, and less sad and we can avoid depression and so from now on we recognize and replace negative thoughts with positive and it helps a lot of us if we stay or spend time with positive people not positive with the virus but in positive thoughts.
5. Always say kind words
We human beings love to hear nice words in this case we feel that we are special that is why words are powerful and play a vital role they can build others up or can also tear us down so again we should always say kind words.
6. Be objectives about criticism
Criticism will for me I don't take it seriously better if we viewed it positively I know that it is not easy but if that's the way to make me feel good then never mind those negative criticism that can lower my self-esteem.
7. Respect the feeling of others
Respect is very important we don't have the right to play with someone's emotions and feelings we should accept somebody regardless of who they are or even if they are different from you. We should be thoughtful of others' feelings acknowledge them and apologize when we're in the wrong.
8. Don't stress other people's fault
I let them stress on their own lol, yeah as much as possible we should avoid stress, we can't fix other problems especially since we know we can not change anyone who doesn't want to be changed.
9. Engage in Physical Activity every day
It's good when we engage in physical activity
to improve our health and the quality of our life. Even aiming for 30 minutes of physical activity like dance etc. In this way, it can improve our health behavior.
10. Don't read or watch negative news
I guess we should only read and watch the positive happenings to avoid stress because we know there is so much uncertainty in the world right now.
