Aww thank you for appreciate, imouto-chann though I suggest, don't ever do a microbiology thesis-- the technicalities is far too complex and keep changing per species ;-;
Yes haha, upon seeking for advice my senior told me that the use of microalgae is indeed costly and difficult since you have to ensure its life as you cultivate it so i guess I'll have a revisions haha
May common algaes naman that don't need that much care though. basta moist and cold lang yung area. What do you plan to do for research tho? If you're using algae... looks like biofuels, plant induced synthesis or something about bioleaching and bioremediation

Ahh mahirap nga cuz u need to keep trialing the toxicity the microalgae can handle e. Plus it takes a week to culture a new batch so puyatan ka dyan. Can i suggest you try biomass wastes? It still falls under bioremediation e

Yeah. Either incorporate in a net or go with fungi since mas kaya ng fungi yung toxicity ng waste water. May specific target ka ba sa waste water?

Can i suggest trying photocatalysis instead of using algae and other materials then? Since large scale pala application mo so it would be better to use nanoparticles that can do photocatalysis plus tipid ka pa sa materials and chemicals

Equipment sa characterization ng material or equipment sa application muna? 😂😂😂 try to look for carbon quantum dots in photocatalysis to give you a clue

Di naman. You just need an oven and evap dish for synthesis, pwede din sonicator pag kaya. But if you have a steel autoclave then that's better. Supposedly thesis ko yan e but i like killing bacteria more

Gg oo 😂😂😂 mas mahal pa nga bacteria kesa sakin e 😂😂😂 but the ones i used for my thesis, i cultured from the bacteria i got from my skin 😂😂😂
Problem din kasi actually yung lab area namin like kulang sa equipment and since madami kami maglalab mahirap na i-isolate yung kinocultivate
