Mistakes are only sins when not admitted. -Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller

Before I proceed with my post today, I would like to shout out and give thanks to @Ayane-chan for sharing with me a copy of Midas Touch epub. This is with regards to my previous post There Are Many More Ways To Fail Than To Succeed.

Finally I held a copy but just at 12% reading it. I hope I can completely finish reading it in the next couple of days but the payroll cut off is coming.  So I guess I am going to give time for it after I’m done with my reports.

Five months ago I posted, Mistakes and misery. In this post, I talked about failures. Mostly, personal failures in my early life. As you can see I am writing and sharing about life experiences because it teaches us lessons. Not only that it can be relatable to some but this is also one way of looking back to our lives in the past and reflects.

For today’s post I will share with you again about mistakes as it turns out that it is one of the major subjects of Robert Kiyosaki in their book – Midas Touch. Although Kiyosaki mostly talks about mistakes and failures he encountered as an entrepreneur, it is interesting to note that his experiences can teach us lessons even if we are not in a business industry.

All my life I was trying to be an entrepreneur. But I guess I will not become one because I don’t know how to sell. Yes, that is one important thing Kiyosaki always tells. You cannot build your own business if you don’t know about selling. Somehow I am still trying to learn about this even if I think I’m too old to become an entrepreneur. But to be successful in any endeavor doesn’t require an age limit.

While reading the book there are several things that I find valuable and applicable to my life even if not related to business. This is when I noticed that Robert always mentions his mistakes and failures. Just like with my post Mistakes and Misery five months ago which I have said that I just find it interesting to talk about failure than success.

The Great Teachers

Talking about mistakes and failure, sometimes we engage with bad or wrong people. These are the people who cheated on us, fooled us, took advantage of us and took our money until we fell down.

Often we hate those people who treated us badly and sometimes we curse them depending on how hard the damage they gave us whether emotionally, physically or mentally.

But do you know that they are great teachers? You will notice that after you are broke you rise again and move on. Eventually you learn something from the failures you experience with those people and try to be careful next time so as not to make the same mistakes again.

Indeed those people can be great teachers but we should not become like them or be one of them. We should only take the lessons, not their actions.

Three months ago I posted, How Important Is Unimportant. This is where I talked about things in our life that we considered unimportant. All things in our life are important to us even if it is the smallest things. All things have meanings and purpose. So don’t think that those people who are hurting us are not important. They are important and part of shaping our life.

It is really important to note that we have to give value to all things in our lives. Mistakes and failures are always there. Remember that success comes from failure, hardship and struggle.

I will have to cut this post short for now and I guess I have to complete reading the book first. If you want to have a copy you can get it here for free. This was shared to me for free so I will share it to you too for free.

Thanks for reading. Ciao!
