The feeling of imagery occurs in people when they believe that some terrible injustice, unpleasantness, a deep image, deception or negligence has been done to them. If there were a special device in the world that could see the images inside us, we would see that all the images in the body "appear" in the form of muscle tension or, in other words, they appear in the form of a tension. And the harder a person tries to want his image, the stronger are the constraints on his muscles. Scientists, who devoted more than a century to studying this matter, assert that the upper part of the torso (higher than the diaphragm) and the joints are the most affected when the image is obtained. In this case, the muscles of the thorax and throat are particularly tightened.

There are situations in life when we are simply forced to "put out" an image that is stuck in our throat and stands by our chest. Later this incident is forgotten (some sooner, some later), but there is still a muscular tension at the place of the breast. And in the joints, which always stay in a "constricted" state, the blood circulation decreases, which in its turn decreases our immunity. And this is a direct road to diseases.

If people start having problems with their thyroid gland, it is certainly worth considering: "Am I too irritable?". Even a persistent cough can be caused by oppressed emotions. Long and stale images are not safe, because they feed the body and make it happy to live. Images are the cause of most oncological diseases.

Apart from medical ones, there is a danger of psychological consequences of our inner experiences. One day the injured party may simply "vybukhta".

But even knowing this, people still approach the image with a special "creativity"... Some people are even ready to preserve the image, to carry it through their lives.

In my life, I often encounter the fact that there is a category of people who are very, very image-conscious. These are people who generally do not want to take responsibility for their lives and therefore want to put their lives on the shoulders of other people. They first put themselves in the role of "innocent victim" and the other person in the role of a "perpetrator".

With such an approach, any balance in relations is ruined. Some people use feelings of images as a very good and handy way to manipulate other people. But they can only manipulate "those others" who have the power to try feelings of guilt in themselves.

But we have to understand that this image alone will not solve our problems, but will only take away from us the vitality we need and morally beat us up.

The best way to fight against different images is your patience, tolerance, the ability to forgive and ignore all other people's attempts to belittle or convert us. We must learn that we are the masters of our own feelings and of our own life.
