Flexin' my day
Hi! How's your day read.cash friends? Well, My day? Was another fun-filled tuesday. We've been having a birthday party in a beach earlier (My cousin's 16th birthday), and the scenery was indeed soothing and astonishing to witness!
There's only few of us since we didn't invite anyone aside from our family and relatives. I guess we're only 20 people back there. Haha, we called this place " The fantasy beach of cannes" or simply, tabing dagat lol. In this beach, the cold breeze coming from the ocean as well as the sea water will surely give you chills all over your body. Even though the weather was kinda gloomy yet the celebration must go on.
Alright, I want to show and flex the special dishes and viands that we enjoyed eating together.
Let's start with...
Garlic Buttered Shrimp
I am totally obsessed with shrimps, and I got so elated the moment I heard that shrimps is part of the menu, and I just can't take my eyes on it. Target Lock! The shrimps are mine! And yes the taste was so good and the flavors are well-balanced enough to satisfy my cravings.
Chicken Cordon bleu
ILABAS ANG CHICKEN CORDON BLEU! (I just remembered something hilarious haha)
Yehey! Chicken cordon bleu, I already tried to cooked this one, it's not a piece of cake to prepare but that was just based on my own experience. This dish was indeed delicious, all you need to do is to pound the meat into flat or thin texture and wrapped around a slice of ham and cheese, breaded, and then pan fried or even baked drizzled with mayonnaise. That's all I know. Honestly, I grabbed almost a half of it , because the taste was just irresistible! And I can't stop my big mouth from munching. Anyone of you guys, love cordon bleu too?
Ceviche
Is a raw seafood dish and preparation method native to the Philippines. It is also referred to as Philippine ceviche due to its similarity to the Latin American dish ceviche. It is more accurately a cooking process that relies on vinegar or acidic fruit juices (usually citrus) to denature the ingredients, rather than a dish, as it can also be used to prepare meat and vegetables. Kinilaw dishes are usually eaten as appetizers before a meal, or as finger food (pulutan) with alcoholic drinks.

I love to eat this raw food so much! Most especially if the kind of fish that was being combined was a marlin/blue marlin. Aside from that, the dressing is what makes it more delicious and stands out Whews! I could finish it off a 1/2 kilo of scorched rice, with this one. Kidding aside, lol.
Special Maja blanca
Is a Filipino dessert with a gelatin-like consistency made primarily from coconut milk. Also known as coconut pudding, it is usually served during fiestas and during the holidays, especially Christmas.

Hmm! Actually, there's a lot of desserts in our table, but I chose to take a picture with this one because, the macaroni and mango float is too far from my reach lol. They devoured the Mango float in just a minute, I didn't even have a slightest taste in it huhu. I am not really fond of this kind of dessert because it's normally too sweet and I am not into sweet treats but I still want to give it a try and I just ate a single bite of it.
Did I make your tummy rumbling? Haha
Thanks for reading this article of mine. I just want to flex my fun-filled day, because the food is what makes a celebration more enjoyable, FOOD IS LIFE kaya haha Minsan lang to kaya i todo na natin to, let's just forget about essence of diet just for this day lol.
