Boredom with life is not like your run-of-the-mill boredom.
When life feels boring, you wake up in the morning to a world that is devoid of color, beauty, or stimulation.
You feel directionless.Β You stumble through the day, doing the things that society requires you to do, and then you go to bed and fall into a troubled, restless sleep
U must do something about it, otherwise it will will suck in all your energy and make u a lifeless creature...
Please get up and have some control over your mind.. a beautiful life awaits for you..
Here I'm sharing few more ideas regarding this very significant occurrence...
7.Set out to do something u have never done before....
If you are looking for ways to spice up your life, but friends are few and far between and you canβt find a class that interests you, try getting out of town and doing something youβve never done before.
Now, if you are feeling overwhelmed by change, donβt worry. You can take small steps to try new things.
Boredom can be reduced if you look for ways to test the waters and try things that can help you learn new ways to live and to look forward to life again.
Giving your life a facelift doesnβt have to include radical change; it can include small steps.
8.Learn something NEW..
If you canβt entertain yourself, and you feel like you are at the end of your rope, get out and let someone else entertain you.
Take a class, enroll in a course, or sign up for a workshop where someone will fill your time for you.
Getting out of the house can help stimulate your senses in its own way, but engaging with other people who are working toward a common purpose can make you feel like you have something to focus on again.
Boredom is a real problem when you canβt find ways to solve it, but taking a class is a way that you can keep on moving without having to do a lot of the work yourself.
If you are suffering from depression or even anxiety, following someone elseβs lead will take the pressure off of you.
9.Ask others if they feel the same-THEY WILL!
This links back to our earlier point about talking to loved ones about how you feel.
Itβs pretty likely that they have felt that way at some point. They may even be feeling the same as you right now.
By asking them about these kinds of issues as well as just talking about it, you can start to make a lot more sense of what is going on.
Part of feeling 'bored' is us comparing ourselves to everyone else who just seems to breeze through life and never have any problems.
The more aware we are that other people struggle too, the less daunting and huge our own feelings will seem.....
