Double Yellow Hibiscus Today i collect this flower from our garden. This is the first time the plant gives us this pretty flower named ***"Double Orange Hibiscus".*** Isn't is beautiful?? ❤❤ A double layer hibiscus is mainly a part of large hibiscus family. There are also many different colours such as red, pink, yellow, purple, orange etc. We plant this sapling almost more than a half month ago. This is the first time it give us this beautiful, eye catching flower. I was really amazed to see this flower in our garden in this morning. It was a like a surprise for me. Never imagine i get flower from this sapling that early. We also have red hibiscus flower. We collect those flowers to decorate our home. In our garden we almost have 8 types of flower plants. Every morning me and my mother collects a lots of flowers. Collecting flowers from garden give me such a serenity. ***Benefits of Gardening*** : *Gardening gives our body and mind a smoothing refreshment. While doing gardening our body become exposure to Vitamin D and Vitamin D increases our calcium level. It also decreased dementia risk. It also have mood-boosting benefits, helps combat loneliness and gives enjoyable aerobic exercise.* To i wanna wish a Happy Flower giving anniversary to my little pretty Double Yellow Hibiscus. ❤🌼❤ Happy Gardening. 😍

Most long lived animals on Earth **Sponge** : As they seems steady like tree most of us thought that they are not animals. But they are animals. Generally they live for 200 years. Some of their species live up to 2000 years!! **Quahogs :** They are type of oysters. They can live up to 500 years. The main reason of their long life is, they can protect the body from destruction of proteins. **Greenland Shark** : They grows 1 cm every year. *This animal is the world's longest lived vertebrate animals*. They become youth at the age of 150 years and they can live more than 400 years! **Bowhead Whale** : The average life time of this type of whale is around 200 years. *They are called the most long lived sea mammals*. The temperature of their body is very low which is the main cause of their long life. **Tortoise** : They generally live more than 100 years. But some of the species of tortoise can live up to 250 years. A tortoise named "*Jonathan*" living since 187 years. **Tuatara** : Its said that, *Tuatara arrived on Earth before dinosaurs*!! That's why Tuatara is called living fossil. They are found only in New Zealand. Basically they can not live not more than 60 years. But some of their species can live up to 200 years. **Albatrosses** : *World's most long lived birds are Albatrosses.* Albatrosses Generally live around 50 years. The ancient Janapads (Town) of Bengal An unbroken country called Bengal was not born at once. Its journey begins through the villages of Bengal. **Pundra :** Pundra is the most ancient town of Bengal. In Present, the Larger Bagura (Mahasthangarh), Rajshahi, Rangpur and Dinajpur was the part of Pundra. **Barendra :** In present, Northwest side of Rajshahi Division which means Northern side of Rajshahi, Southern side of Bagura, and some part of Rangpur, Dinajpur was consists of Barendra. **Banga** : Banga is the triangular land between the two main tributaries of the Ganges, the Bhagirathi and the Padma. The origin of Bengali nation is from "Banga". At 327 BC when Greek hero Alexander attacked India, there was a mighty kingdom called Gangaridai of Bangladesh. Ancient Greek and Latin Classical writters named this Banga as Gangaridai. Currently, Larger Dhaka, Mymensingh, Kushtia, Faridpur, Barishal and Patuakhali was the consists of Banga. **Samatat** : Samatat is situated at the East and southeast of Bangla as a neighbouring side of Banga. The capital was Bada Kamata which was situated 12 miles west from Comilla Town. Several ancient relics have been found at Mainamati, Comilla. Shalban Bihar is one of them. In present, Larger Comilla and Noakhali was the parts of Samatat. **Chandradeep** : Chandradeep was situated between Baleshwar and Meghna. In present, Barishal, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, khulna, Madaripur, Bagerhat, and Gopalganj was consists of Chadradeep. **Gaur** : Currently, Maldaha, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Bardhwaman of west Bengal ans Chapainawabganj of East Bengal was the parts of Gaur. **Rarh** : Southern part of West Bengal was called as Rarh. **Harikel :** Harikel was also an ancient Janapad (present : town) of east Bengal. It was spreaded from Sylhet to Chittagong at present.

History of our Prince of Builders "**Prince of Builders" is called none other than Emperor Shahjahan** because he was the builder of many outstanding antehistoric architectural beauties which are still unique for their exceptional structural monuments since mughal timeline. He was renowned for his legacy of structures constructed during his reign. Full name of Emperor Shahjahan was Shahab-ud-din Muhammad Khurram . He born in 1592 and died in 1666. He was the fifth **mughal Emperor** who reigned from 1628 to 1658. He was widely considered as one of the greatest emperors as under his reign the mughal empire reached the peak of its glory. Shahjahan was forth son of Emperor Jahangir. After the death of Jahangir he reigned the Mughal Empire of Varatbarsho. And After the reign of Shahjahan, his third son Aurangzeb took the resignation of Mughal Empire. Emperor Shahjahan was most famous for building Taj Mahal. He loved his wife Momtaj more than his life. At 1631, empress Momtaj died. Mourned emperor build the great **Taj Mahal** in Agra on the remembrance of Momtaj, which entombs his favourite wife Momtaj Mahal. Its structure was designed with great care and famous architects of all Over the World was called for that purpose. The building took 25 years to complete and was constructed from white marble underlaid with brick. The gold encrusted **Mayur Throne** inlaid with pearls was another immortal creation of Shahjahan. His other notable architectural creations are **Red Fort** (Lal Qila) in Delhi, **Jam-a Masjid**, **Deewan-E-Khash**, **Moti Masjid** in Agra, **Shalimar Garden** in Lahore, **Mini Qutub Minar** in Hastsal etc. That's why he is called Prince of Builders.

Art of Numbers!! ***Magic: 1*** Hey!! Do you have any idea about *amicable numbers*? Just keep in mind **220** and **284** are amicable or you can say friend numbers!! How? That should be the big question. I am now explaining it to you. See, the factors of 220 are : 1,2,4,5,10,11,20,22,44,55,110 Now if you add them together the summation becomes 284!! Again, the factors of 284 are: 1,2,4,71,142 If you add them together the summation becomes 220!! Isn't it interesting? ***Magic: 2*** Now, do you know what *perfect numbers* are? These are such numbers, the sum of those factors (except the number itself), is equal to the nunber It's elves!! Example : **6,28,496** The factors of 6 are 1,2,3 and 6. Now if you add 1,2 and 3 the summation becomes 6!! Again, the factors of 28 are 1,2,4,7,14,28. Niw if you add the factors except 28 it becomes 28!! Same in the case of 496. **Note :** Always remember the sequence of prime numbers from 1 to 100. This is **4422-322-321**, Total = 25 prime numbers. ***Magic: 3*** Do you know how to recognise a *prime numbers*?? Let, p be a given number and let n be the smallest counting number such that **n^2 >=p**. Now test whether p is divisible by any of the prime numbers less than or equal to n. If yes, then p is not Prime number, otherwise p is prime. Example : let 811. We know that (30)^2 > 811. Now prime numbers less than 30 are 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29. Clearly none of this numbers divides 811. Therefor, 811 is a prime number. Try 137 yourself!! Again, let 437. We know that (21)^2 > 437. Now prime numbers less than 21 are 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19. Clearly 437 is divisible by 19. So 437 is not a prime!! Interesting, isn't it?? ***Magic:4*** There is a arithmetic sequence of five numbers!! Can you imagine? See, **5,11,17,13,29**!! Most Beautiful Island of Bangladesh Saint martin undoubtedly the most beautiful island of Bangladesh. And of course most beautiful sea sight or tourist spot of our country. **INTRODUCTION** Saint martin is the southern most part of Bangladesh which is also called "Daruchini Dwip" or "Narikel Jinjira (Coconut Island)". It is a island of 36 sq. km with lots of corals so many called it as Coral Island. The location is in Bay Of Bengal, about 8 km west of the northwest coast Myanmar, at the mouth of the Naf river. There is a small adjoining island that is separated at high tide called "Chera Dwip" which is one of the main attractions of this beautiful island. In Chera Dwip there are no hotels to live in. Spending the night there is little risky as chera dwip is a "no mans land". The population of saint martin is about 4000. **How to go and related costs** *The route for going Chittagong to saint martin is : Chittagong to teknaf through bus service than from teknaf to Sain martin Island through Ships. Bus service is around 400BDT (non-ac). Ship service with Keari Sindabad 550-800 BDT.* *We stay there 2 nights and 3 days and it was costed around 2500BDT which is equal to 29$ USD including bus and ship rent. The price depends on the hotels you choose to stay and the food expenses. I think the cost is quite reasonable.* **Best time to visit Saint martin** Saint martin is kept open from **October to march.** Winter is the best time for travelling to saint martin. Govt. Restrict to visit saint martin at Summer and Rainy seasons as sea becomes rough at this time of the year. **Conclusion** Saint martin is the most alluring place in Bangladesh for the sea lovers. Specially the sun rise and sun set in saint martin should be the view after your's own heart. This is such a place Where you can spend quality times with your love ones. Many come to saint martin to spend their honeymoon memories. Another attraction of Saint martin is "Somudra Bilash" cottage. The owner of this cottage was Late Humayun Ahmed. You can also enjoy BBQ Night with different sea foods like Coral and Lakkha Fish, lobster etc. The price of the sea foods are also reasonable and the test is very delicious. Saint martin is also best place to drink cold and sweet coconuts. **Precautions** ***Please do not ruin the sea environment by throwing plastic and other non-friendly products like plastic packets, bags, bottles, paper etc.*** **Be environment friendly. Bangladeshi Rock Bands: A tribute to World Music Day "Concert" is a popular name for Bangladeshi people. Basically, Bands teams are performed in the concerts. In our country generally winter season is the best time for organising a concert. Therefore, most concerts are held from December to February. In rainy season we try to avoid concerts because the musical instruments can be harmed by the rain water. The stage you are seeing, this was made by Department of Physics, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, sylhet for 30 th years celebration of our Department. This stage was arranged for a concert and it was costed around 1,00,000 BDT which equals to 1181$ (USD). In this giant stage four band teams were performed. They are, Nongar, Rim, Arbovirus and Meghdol. The previous two bands are the University's own Bands. This concert will be one of the favourite memories of my life on the occasion of 30th years anniversary of SUST Physics. There are more than 100 band teams are here in Bangladesh (including underground bands). In this article i want to introduce to you with some of the most popular bands of our country. They are: Artcell Shironamhin Arbovirus Joler gaan Warfaze Vikings Miles Souls Aurthohin Avoid Rafa Nagarbaul Lalon Ashes Power surge Black L.R.B Meghdol Nemesis Cryptic fate H2So4 etc. Note : most of these bands are basically rock type except Joler Gaan and Lalon. Kaptai, Largest artificial lake of Bangladesh **INTRODUCTION** Kaptai Lake is the largest artificial lake in Bangladesh. It is located at Chittagong Division, Rangamati district, Kaptai subdistrict. The lake is used for building Kaptai dam of the Karnaphuli river. Kaptai lake is considered as the main source of Hydro-electricity of our country. Notable thing is that, around 1.27% of total amount of electricity that produced in Bangladesh is come from Kaptai Hydro-electricity project. This is an area of 688 sq. km. Average depth of the lake is about 30 m. The maximum depth is considered about 150m. Source of this lake is Karnaphuli river (including both inflow and outflow). **How to go** First from new market circle by bus Bohaddarhat circle. Bus rent 12BDT. Than Bohaddarhat to kaptai main point by Local kaptai bus. Bus rent 70-80 BDT. By that way you will be delivered directly to kaptai. **Tourist spots** Kaptai is mainly known as a beautiful tourist spot. There are many tourists spots around the whole area. I am mentioning some of the important spots below... Bangladesh Budget 2020-21 Due to corona virus pandemic world economy is under tremendous threat. In this hand to mouth situation Bangladesh Ministry of Economy, AHM Mustafa Kamal stated the Budget designed for 2020-21. This year the total budget is considered as 5 Lac 68 thousands core BDT in which the. Total Revenue (without Grants) is considered around 3 lac 78 thousands core BDT. Deficiencies is around 1 lac 90 thousands core BDT. Rate of GDP growth is 8.2% and Inflation rate is 5.4%. But several international economic organisations have stated that the rate of GDP growth in this year should be 2-3 percent. In this budget the maximum importance is given to Health sector. Mega plan allocation is considered for this sector. And the total amount of money is approximately 41 thousands and 27 core BDT. Special allocation is taken for the preventation of novel corona virus which is around 10 thousands core BDT. There are also give easy chance of black money into white. Economy minister AHM Mustafa kamal says, "Budget flexible and feasible. But researchers suggested that this budget shows limited capability with unlimited hope!!

Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster (The final chapter) According to the Chernobyl movie, we see that the Cheif try to operate the reactor a low power but the reactor becomes completely stalled as for the Xenon poisoned it all over the core. It was decided to operate the reactor at 700 MW. So they tried to lower down the reactor power from 1400 to 700 MW. But it was a shock that after the rector cross 750MW it began to drop spontaneously and turned to zero within a few minutes!! The cheif than decided to up the power from O to 700 MW. But at this moment, if he ordered to shut down the reactor for 24 hours, the xenon went away from the core and this agonizing incident might not be happened. But the reactor was drowning in poison. The make matter worse, the reactor wasn't hot enough to produce steam. So as they try to increase from 0 MW, the power was not increasing. So they pulled down all the controls rods. Remember, "Control rods are like breaks in the car". After completely pulled out the control rods, they managed to increase power upto 200MW!! The core was full with Xenon and water. At 200MW the test of operating the reactor began. The uranium fuel installed. There was nothing to check and balance the fuel inside the core. Therefore, the balance immediately swings the opposite direction. In less than a second, reactivity increases!! That moment, Inside the core the remaining water quickly converter to steam. The heat of the steam increased rapidly as well as the reactivity. The remaining Xenon decays away. The power of the reactor was rising. There was nothing left to stop it!! The Reason behind The Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster (part 1) We all know about the Soviet Union's Chernobyl Nuclear disaster at 1986 which was the worst nuclear disaster in the history. Many of us dont know the actual reasons of this disaster. The disaster was mostly responsible for the chief operators who was working on the time of explosion. There are essentially two things that happen inside a Nuclear Reactor. The reactivity inside the nuclear which generates electric power either goes up or it goes down. All the operators do is maintain the balance. Chernobyl reactor was an RMBK type reactor which was graphite moderated, liquid water coolant and Uranium Fuelled reactor. In uranium fuel, as uranium atoms splits apart and collide, reactivity goes up. If it is not balanced than reactively never stops rising. Than this fuel works as a atom bomb itself. There are many functioning parts in this reactor like control rods which controls the nuclear reaction water, takes heat out of the system so that the system stays cool while operation. Now come to a point, when nuclear fuel gets hotter, it gets less reactive, so fuel increase reactivity. Control rod and water help to reduce it. As a result, steam increases it and the rise in temperature reduces it. Climax is here!! When Uranium splits apart to release energy it breaks down into a new element, Xenon, which is a nuclear poison as it reduces reactivity. This xenon must be burn away before we shut down the reactor. But in chernobyl reactor this wasn't happened. The Xenon was not burn away as the operators decide to operate it at low power. As a result the whole nuclear core was completely poisoned by Xenon. Fever since Three days At 20 May, suddenly my mother felt fever and coughs problem. But by the grace of The Almighty she recovered within 3 days. Then, I have been suffering from fever since last three days (From 25 May). Also i have sore throat, muscle pain, headache. There are no vomid, coughs or any other Symptoms of Corona Disease. But i'm afraid for the sore throat. It is not reducing yet. Last night i suffered a little breathing problem. I have asthma problem fr my childhoo. The good thing is my fever is almost drop out today. The beginning was from the previous 4th day of today. I felt little weakness and sweating. Than it came to mind that i may going to have fever. So i fall asleep early that night. The next day at the morning **25 May,2020** i woke up with light fever. But bad thing was that i felt a little sore throat. Then i saw in the Thermometer that temperature is about 100°F but yet it was ok for me. I took Napa Extended 665mg. I surprised that, after waking up within 2/3 hours the sore throat completely vanished. Then as the night came the temperature ups which cross 102°F, around 103°F. Almost high fever with Muscle pain and headache also. So i decide to continue with Napa 665 mg as well. Same symptoms for **26 May**. The next morning means yesterday **27 May**, i felt the sore throat, it was much painful is comparison of previous day. Fever was 100°F again. But the throat sore stays almost all day. At night the temperature becomes 102°F. Than around 1 am i faced little breathing problem which scared me a little. But i keep my mental strength. Took Montair 10 (10mg). And also use inhaler. It gave me much alleviation and fall asleep at late night. Today morning **28 May**, my fever is almost gone. I checked the temp, it was less than 100°F. My sore throat also reduced. But today i feel much weaked so i take more rest and keep myself away from every Possible way of being stressed out. It works!! Note!! I took Pelican 20 mg (pantoprazole) 3 times a day before getting meal. First 2 day i took Napa extended 665mg. Then last 2 day i'm taking normal Napa 500mg 3 times a day. These medicines are familiar to the Bangladeshi People. I will share my food scheduled in another article. The covid-19 disease is spreading in Bangladesh so badly, please keep yourself safe. When you get fever Isolate yourself from other family members and keep mental strength. Pray for me and my family. God bless you all.

Locusts invade Maharashtra, An alarming news for Bangladesh Since a week Maharashtra, a state of India are facing a severe attack of Locusts. Most parts of india are now under these Locusts attack. And it is spreading so faster than expected according to the Indagator. The district and agriculture department in Maharashtra have initiated chemical spraying on crops and vegetation to save them from Locusts attack. After crossing Pakistan, swarms of Locusts entered India through Rajasthan on April 11. Union Environment Ministry of India has stated that, locusts Swarm have entered in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh. **It also stated an alert for Capital Delhi and all the neighbouring countries around India.** **Pakistan is facing the worst Locusts attack sinch, March 2020.** Locusts are known for feasting all sorts of plants and standing crops. It is a insect like grasshoppers in the family Acrididae that have a swarming phase. This insects are usually solitary but under certain circumstances they become more abundant and change their behaviour and habits, becoming gregarious. Locusts are considered as one of the most dangerous type of insects because of their ability of swarms to fly rapidly across great distances. Wherever the swarm settles, they consume most of the green vegetation. They end up all the plants and crops they rove over. As a result, agro-economic conditions of the country fall down badly. People suffer from food scarcity. **Note : Locusts do not travel in the night. The migratory pests travel during the day time and fly as per the wind direction.** As Bangladesh is one of the closest neighbouring country of India, there is very good chance of getting attacked by Locusts Swarm in Bangladesh. Even some of the areas like Teknaf, Bandarban are already facing this migratory pests from last of April. Agricultural Ministry already start to take necessary steps to prevent this severe attack. In this Covid-19 pandemic people are already facing food scarcity. If this Locusts attack destroys our agriculture sectors people will die for food, people will die being hunger in Bangladesh. A Little introduction to one of my hobby!! I have many hobbies and one of my hobby is gardening. Me and my mother planted some beautiful flower seedlings in our balcony and as well as in our roof top. Those flowers makes our balcony and roof top so astonishing. Sometimes in some special occasions use those flowers to decorate our home. Gardening makes our mind fresh and heart good. It improves our mental obtuseness. In this article i will introduce to you with some of the flowers that we planted in our garden. As my mother has a hobby of planting uncommon flowers those are not so available to our country therefore my Bangladeshi friends might get some new names of flowers which might not familiar to them. Rosa moschata and surfinia are plated in our rooftop as those trees need more space and proper sunlight to grow. Surfinia has different colours like white, pink, yellow. This one is perple. This one is my most favourite. We all know about red rose. But pink rose is sweet in looking. Isn't it? This tree is planted right beside our building. It has been 6 years we plant. Bougainvillea is very common is our country but many of us dont know It's name. This one is most special. This is planted in our balcony. In a little sunlight with a little space it'll give you those beautiful flowers. Isn't it gorgeous? I know most of us will know about this flower. In our country it is mostly known as "Joba". This one is my mother's favourite as she like red colour most. ***Precautions*** Now this is a precaution i must shared to all. We water in our plants every day in the late of evening. But why we choose late evening for wate?? See, sunlight remains intense from morning to evening. So if we water the plants before late evening the sunlight will soak these water very early and the plants will not get proper water as their daily need. Sencondly, we pick up all the yellow leafs of the plants so that the other leafs may remain freash and green. We place the flowers as that they don't face direct sunlight. Remembe, Ultraviolet rays of sun is harmful for them. Remember, tree have life like you and i have. They have pain feeling like us. Take good cares of your trees. Google is celebrating the 121st Birthday of National Poet Nazrul **Happy Birthday Dear Nazrul** Kazi Nazrul Islam the National poet of Bangladesh also known as The Rebel Poet born in 25 May, 1899 at churulia village in burdwan district,kalkata. Today is the 121st Birthday of this national poet. As the rememberence Google doodle made an alternation on its Bangladeshi Homepage today, showing the "bidrohi kobi" (rebel poet) holding a green notebook while another avatar of the poet writing up a storm of verses in the background. Nazrul has inspired people to fight against injustice and repression of the colonial rule through his writing. Nazruls writings inspired Bengalis to join all democratic movements including the anti-british movement, the language movement, the mass uprising in 1969 and the Liberation War in 1971 against Pakistan. Nazrul’s rebellious writing much of which he published in his own magazines. Dhumketu (the comet) resulted in frequent prisonment, Which in turn inspired one of his most well known work "Rajbondir Jobanbondhi" (The deposition of a political prisoner) Nazrul wrote around 4000 songs which brought him national popularity. The War Anthem of Bangladesh "Chol Chol Chol" (move move move) is taken from one of the Nazrul’s peotry. For his incredible literature contribution, Nazrul was named the national poet of Bangladesh in 1972.

This year's Eid is like the another side of a coin! We all know Eid-ul-fitr, which is also called the "Festival of breaking the Fast" is the most prestigious religious festival of Muslim Community celebrated all over the world. After a month of Holy Ramadan, Eid comes as the Blessing of the their almighty Allah. Though i belong to Hinduism (sanatan) Community but every year i pass this Eid day with full of enjoyments with my family, my friends, sibling and my beloved ones. In the comparison to every year this year Eid has been celebrated quite differently as for the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation. This type of Eid we might occur we never ever have imagined before in our life. Its such a stealthy Eid we are passing all over the world. In this Article i am going to write how i celebrated Eid in the past years of my life. The most favourite part of my Eid is getting invited by my Muslim friends in Their home for a grant Lunch or dinner or as evening feast. They cook many delicious items which caused mouthful of joy and pleasure. The "semai" one type of dessert is served before the Lunch/dinner took place which is remarkable as dessert is a corner which i loved most. The intering thing which i must not skip that is getting "Selami". Its actually money that seniors give to junior as blest. Juniors are eagerly waited for getting this selami. When i was young i used to get some selami, but now i am 25, i have to give this selami to the juniors. It is quite funny. Then in the late afternoor after compliting our lunch me with my friends go around to hang somewhere as a short trip. Sometimes we planned for a long journey to Cox's Bazar, Sajek, bandarban whatever for 3/4 days. Anyways if we dont go to any long tour than we managed a short trip where we can meet for a long time and made our passing much vivid. After the meet is over at the end of evening i managed to meet with my Girlfriend, she is my beloved one. (I am going through a 4 years of relationship). We hang around for sometimes. Express our love in this joyful day. But in this Eid i am missing her the most as we can not go outside easily and she prohibited me to meet for this situation. So this year nothing of this is happening. This year Eid there is no cheerings, everything is silent. Everything is calm. Such an Eid we never want in our future life. I wish this Pandemic may dissipated fron our planet very soon. And also wishing to almighty that may the world become as cheerful as before so that we may never ever fall into that Alarming situation. May all live long. May this Eid showers happiness in our lives.

Nine Anonyms of Rabindranath Tagore those we dont know!! This is my first bengali article i am going to publish. This is about someone special. A poet who is known to worldwide. Are this Quarantine days leading us to Insomnia? Before coming to the main point i should give a little defination about Insomnia. **Insomnia** : Insomnia or sleeplessness is a sleeping disorder in which people have trouble in sleeping. They may also have have difficulties of falling asleep, or staying asleep as long as desired. Insomnia caused typical daytime sleepiness, lower Down the body energy, disequilibrium, irritability and a depressed mood. As a result people suffer with phychological stress, cronic pain, hyperthyroidism, heart strock and even sudden heart failure. In this Covid-19 situation, most important thing about Insomnia is that it reduces our body immune system which is the main key to fight against corona virus!! I have been passing quarantine days since last two and a half months for this Covid-19 pandemic situation!! I do not go outside. As a result, i dont get any chance for normal physical exercises such as walking, doing my normal day staffs which was always made me so much busy in my normal life. Now i just stay in my room almost doing nothing. Though something i do cooking with my mother or keep studying, Facebooking, gaming etc. But this things don't me suitable support to my mind and health. As a result, i think i i have been suffering from Insomnia for about one month. Every night i passed is sleepless. Even i sleep for quite small time like 5 hours a day. That caused me serious headach, Muscle pain and made me depressed all over the day. There are also dark circles growing around my eyes. I tried so many ways to fall asleep in night but how much tried all end in vain. I dont know whether i should take medicine or not. I just want everything will be all right very soon. May our beautiful world become as natural as before. May the people around the world get back their everyday life. May this corona disease completely dissipated from this mother planet. May GOD Bless Every Animal existing in the Earth.

Bangladesh leads First to sell generic version of Remdesivir to treat Covid-19! Bangladesh's Beximco pharmaceuticals Ltd. said that it has become the world's first company to start selling the generic version of Gilead Science Inc.'s antiviral drug on mounting urgency to treat the infection caused by the deadly coronavirus across the debeloping world. The Dhaka based Baximco, which counts Norges Bank as one of its investors, will sell remdesivir for about 71$ (6000 BDT) a vial to private clinics but will give it free to state-run hospitals to treating Covid-19 patients. Norway's Norges Bank the world's biggest sovereign fund controls 3% of Beximco according to data complied by Bloomberg. Beximco will sell the drug under the brand name bemsivir, according to the statement of the compan. The chief operating officer of the company mentioned this news in an interview. " A critically ill Covid-19 patients will need at least six vials", he said. Bangladesh can produce generic versions of patented drugs under World Trade Organisation (WTO) provisions that grant least developed countries a wavier from seeking licenses. Remdesivir was cleared by U.S drug regulator for emergency use in Covid-19 patients, becoming the first medication backed by early clinical data to be made available to fight the novel pathogen. Note: Bangladesh has now more than 30,000 infected patients as of today, 2.00 pm. These disease has killed 386. The number of infection and death rate in rising alarmingly. Also Bangladesh reports first Covid-19 case at Rohingya Refugee Camp.

Egg Pudding Recipe with Caramel sauce We all know pudding is one of our favourite dish as a dessert item. In this article i'll try my to explain how to ready a Egg pudding gor your convenience. **INGREDIENTS** ***Caramel*** #4tbsp Sugar #2tbsp water ***Egg Mixture*** #3/4 Eggs #5tbsp Sugar #1Liter of Milk #Vanilla essence #unsalted butter/ normal soyaben oil #1 custard bowl/cup Note that : 1tbsp(table spoon) = 15ml **INSTRUCTIONS** First lets make the caramel sauce for custard pudding. Coat the inner surface of the custard cup with unsalted butter. This will make it easy to remove pudding from the cup. Put the suger and the water in the pot. Heat the pot at medium temperature. Let is sit untill the surface becomes lightly coloured. Swril the pot and even out the suger liquid. After caramalize the suger remove the pot from the heat. Quickly add some hot water of 1.5-2tbsp to the caramel sauce. Swril the pot and even out the hot caramel. In this time the caramel become dark brownish. Pour the caramel eventually at the custard cup. Now lets make the eggixture for pudding. Crack 2/3 eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat those eggs with a Balloon whisk. Boil the fresh milk denser than keep it with a temip temperature. Add the milk, vanilla essence and suger with the beaten eggs very carefully. Remember that if the mixture is prepared very well your pudding will rock. Sieve the egg mixture with a fine mesh strainer. Scrape off the buttom of the strainer with a spatula. Remove the foam of the surface with a spoon. Put the egg mixture into an easy to pour container. Pour the mixture on the caramel sauce carefully into the castard cup. Then steam the mixture into the oven along 20-25 minutes keeping the oven temperature lower than the boiling point of water. You can also arrange the system to heat the mixture as the picture Below. Now lets serve the pudding. Scrape tje side of the cup with the top of a knife. Tap the cup from the below by taking it on a plate so that the pudding will be come out from the cup.
