Dear co-workers, in the previous article there was talk of harassment in the workplace. We have learned how to define and what types of harassment exist.
You can read the first part here --->
Workplace harassment (part I).
Now, the most important thing.
What can we do about harassment at work?
First, you need to educate yourself, to know what harassment is at work and what its forms are (check the link at the beginning of this article).
Then, using this knowledge, you recognize the harassment at work. This applies both when you are a victim yourself and when someone else is a victim.
Once you have identified the existence of harassment, your reaction is needed. Ask yourself what can you do? Look at the situation from all sides. Think about your options.
-Can you ask a co-worker for help?
-Is there a psychological service within the company that you can turn to for help?
-Can you ask a superior or manager for help?
-Can you seek help from the company's legal department?
-If necessary, you can hire a personal lawyer.
Keep a few things in mind:
Harassment on work does not stop on its own.
Bully by no means wants to be exposed in what he does.
To save yourself from mobbing and mobbing, you have to fight.
Harassment at work is punishable by law.
Don't be quiet when you're a victim, don't look away when someone else is a victim.
