Go for a walk; This also aids in the control of anger; whenever we are upset, we may try going for a walk outside the garden or simply jogging around the neighborhood; this will help you calm down and relax.
Do something productive; Doing something useful to keep yourself busy aids in the reduction of anger. We simply need to find something to keep us going, such as acquiring new skills such as cooking, sketching, and so on.
