Wanna steal the native chicken of my neighbour
Hello everyone, Today is Oct. 21, 2022, and so far in our area as now we are facing heavy rain and a cold breeze due to the bagyong Paeng.
Bagyong Paeng hit some areas of the Philippines which causes a big impact on the lives of some Filipinos most especially on those houses that had been washed out by the flood and worst of that some people died.
No one wishes to experience a situation like this where some people feel pity seeing in the news how other people struggle in their life due to this unexpected and uncontrollable calamity like floods, earthquake and other disasters that drives a bad experience for every people.
If we are sitting or lying down in bed comfortably we should be grateful coz at this moment a lot of people struggling in life, especially in those areas suffering from floods and especially in those areas where tropical storm Paeng landed.
Anyways enough for that, all we can say is we should be thankful and pray to all the victims of the tropical storm pacing and to all the people who are in pain and struggling in life.
Aside from the bad news and pictures I've seen on Facebook, this shared photo of a friend caught my attention and become my craving viand in this cold moment due to the rainy weather.
I love raising a chicken not the other breed of chicken but only a native chicken coz I like gawing ulam tong mga manok nato in a time like this na maulan. Here are some of the pictures and guess what kind of dish of chicken with this.
Yeah, you're right it is a banana hahah just kidding:-D. Kahit anliit pa ng mga papaya nayan peru solve na ang two native chicken Jan hahaha.
This dish is incomplete without this the malunggay haha, what I don't like in malunggay is antagal niya eh prepare napakaliit kasi ng mga dahon niya peru yan nga pag gusto mo pagtiyagaan mo. ;*
We called this tanglad or lemon grass in English term? basta yan yun, kahit simpleng halaman lang yan, nakakahiya mang aminin wala kami niyan haha, kaya minsan kuna ring ibinuwis dignidad ko sa pagnanakaw ng tanglad para sa manok Lol.
I'm a spicy lover person that's why I prefer to put some chilli in every ulam na niluluto ko. Sometimes maanghang talaga siya yung anghang na tipong mapapaluha kana peru yan nga ginusto mo yan dapat tiisin mo charoot hahah.
So here's some of the sample of a finished cooked product of those ingredients I've mentioned above.
So what we call this dish anyway? Is it adobo right? Charoot this is what they call tinolang manok. Napakamahal kasi bumili ngayon ng native chicken kaya some of us often buy chicken in the market which is not native.
So that's it, anyone who love also this dish? Kasi ako aminado ito yung pinaka nagcrave ako now na malamig at maulan :D
Nagugutom tuloy ako, sarap nakawin yung manok ng kapitbahay hahah charoot π€£
Anyways Thanks for dropping by :*
~Keep safe everyone :*
