January 2, 2022: Family Bonding

Family is forever!

Waking up around 5am, as we are congested with kids who wakes up very early, so as a result we all woke up early,and as usual the day starts with noisy chitchats and a coffee. Then they plan to go to the beach even its too cold here, no one can stop them, coz this is one of the reson why they visit me to be at the beach.

So as early as 6am we went to the fishport to buy fresh fish and seafoods, I am the navigator, but we ended up getting lost haha, so they used WAZE to find our destination. There they bought CRABS, SHRIMP, SQUID, FISH and PORK and they are looking for a store where they sell a samgyup ingredients, but we found nothing near the area so we just bought veggies and went back home.

They immediately start cooking the viand,adobong pusit, sinigang na hipon and ginataang Alimango with kalabasa and sigarilyas, and the pork was marinated and be grilled at the beach.

Around 11am when we are prepared going to the beach, everyone was excited, the laughters and asaran is always there, even the rain starts to fall it did not stop us. So about 30mins drive, we arrived at the beach, and our plan was to eat first before swimming but they said they will grilled the pork first, so everyone runs to the beach.

See how the beach and weather looks like, plus the strong wind is whistling but theres no reason of backing out from the beach, they all run to the beach especially the kids.

Even Adrielle is having so much fun and did not want to get out of the beach, even she is feeling so cold, she still want to stay at the beach.

This little one is the main reason why they want to go to the beach, coz they want them to soaked it for a while and hoping that the water of the beach can remove some of the skin allergy/rashes he have after finding out that he have Leukemia, looks how he is so cute enjoying playing in the beach.

Then after finish grilling the pork, we had lunch, its a boddle fight, so we did not bring plates and spoon and fork, but we do bring bowl for the soups and only banana leaves and place all the foods and the fight starts.

Then after the lunch they went back to the beach as well as Adrielle, she played with the sand and and make castle and start reciting about the castle she watch on the youtube, my brother is laughing hearing what is Adrielle talking, coz he only understands the word castle:)

Then around 2:30pm when they started to packed up our things and we went back home, coz they will be travelling back to Manila by 6pm.

By the time we arrive home,I start cooking the rice and they start to get the shower and 5pm they had thier dinner, my partner get some banan(saba), buko and pomelo and rice to bring back to manila. Exactly 6pm when they leave.

I cry a bit coz I feel sad, but its normal coz I missed them so much, but its the reality they have thier work by monday,and atleast they were able to visit us here even in a short time.

This is how my day 1 and 2 of January starts, a short but worth family bonding. Being with your own family is the best feeling ever, especially when you have big family the happiness are irreplaceable and genuine.
