Is black an absence of other colors or combination of all?
Comments
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it white which was said to be the absence of color? Because there are no combinations of color that could form a white. And black is the absence of light.
I stand corrected.
I think black is the combination of all colors, because when I was little I often mix every color. π
I think both... To show reason behind absence of color I must mention Sir Newton's prism test... where he found white color(light) is a combination of all colors..
And for combination of color I'll say photons falls on it but can't get out from here...so we call it black....as photons contains all the colors and it can't leave the object, we can say it's a combination of all colors... But I will support the first one..
i think both, but going deeper like in real life, black is also beautiful because without it how can we appreciate the other colors.
hey artists and painters come answer this one. You have a good way of explaing it, i bet.. For me, black is the mere absence of light which makes up the colors all around us.it is something which is not considered as a color
In physics and in spectroscopy, it's the combination of all the colors. Black is the ideal absorber of heat and all light spectra after all
Black is the presence of all colors.
Based on Google the combination of the 3 primary colors which are blue, red, and yellow with equal amounts can make a nice black. This means that black is the combination of all colors for we know that all colors are made from the 3 primary colors. :) haha. ngresearch ako kasi nacurious din ako.π
I think its a combination of all colors. If its the absence. It will become translucent π
its a combination of all colours... i think so
I think all because I tried combining all it becomes black π
I think it's the combination of all colorsπ€π
