Private chats should be considered. There should be a private chat where people can message the admin if there's any complain they'll like to make.

With the rate at which people misuse this upvoting system, I personally think it should be totally removed instead of reducing the quality of $ earned in it, considering the fact that most read.cashers now do the upvote-for-upvote system which is just a ploy to earn faster instead of showcasing our creative ability in writing.
