yes, huge scam. It was never a coin, there was never a market (noone could sell, they simply set an arbitrary price that kept increasing).

They sold hope and the feeling of being part of something big, while formally reality they sold packages of educational material ;-)

Just because something has a blockchain doesn't automatically make it not a scam...

yeah, but not having a blockchain when the project is supposedly the "bitcoin killer" and the projects tech is so much better clearly identifies the project as a scam.

what's even more telling is lack of tradability of the token. They kept promising (and postponing) the opening of an exchange. It never happened.

So it wasn't even a pure ponzi, it was invisible magical beans.

they had a blockchain? rumors say that also was just fake data.

they didn't. no blockchain. no coin. no market. just a bunch of feel-good talk.

once i stumbled upon an onecoin salesman. he was going and going and going in PM messages, he had an answer to everything:

-they was not listed on coinmarketcap because the americans made a conspiracy against them

-they are not listed on any exchanges, because the conspiracy of americans

-they will opensource the code next month

-everyone will be able to mine after they opensource the code

-the coins are yours, you can sent them and receive them (ok this one was maybe true)

-LOOK AT OUR FANTASTIC LEADER, AN UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR (after i told him that on wikipedia she is called a ponzi criminal who has multiple warrants against her, he told me that its only due to the americans made a conspiracy against them)

and he was extremely friendly all the way, he really hoped that i will pay some money for them for their fake money - but instead he got banned :D
