May chance sana ang SMB na maipanalo ang laro ngunit sablay ang naging drive ni Marcio Lassiter. Maganda naman ang pinakitang depensa ng TNT kay June Mar Fajardo na nagtala lamang ng 13 puntos at 11 rebounds. Ang napakadaming turn-over ng San Miguel ay nakasakit din sa kanila dahil na-convert ng TNT ang karamihan sa mga turn-over ng San Miguel. Tatabla ba ang San Miguel or 2-0 para sa TNT? Abangan natin.

I remember last time ranting about the release of my final pay. True enough, upon checking the final computation, it was only then, when I made follow-up that it was computed. The date of their approvals were just last week which means it was not processed from the time I resigned and even if I submitted all needed documents more than 4 months ago. Very disappointing. :(

The US TV series "Dexter" is set to return on Showtime sometime this November. Dexter Morgan is a serial killer who only kills serial killers and heinous criminals. Considering that he used to work in Miami police as forensics analyst, he has a way to see records on who will be his next victim. With the upcoming season, Dexter: New Blood, he managed to change and be a new person. As such, he embraced a new life as Jim Lindsay, a shoemaker to hide his identity and no longer be the serial killer that he was. Little by little, Philippine election on 2022 is shaping up. What we know so far are the following have already filed their Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for president in COMELEC: Manny Pacquiao, Sonny Boy Andrade, Juanita Troceno, Alfredo Repuesto. Happening now is Isko Moreno filing his COC at Sofitel. Yet to file is Ping Lacson who earlier said his intent to be the next president.

Kumpleto na po ang cast ng semifinals sa PBA. Ang semis ay best of seven: Meralco (2) vs. Magnolia (3) at San Miguel (4) vs. TNT (1). Ang mga teams na ito ay ang top 4 nang matapos ang elimination round. San Miguel teams vs MVP teams, sino kaya ang magkikita sa finals? Abangan!

I joined a point-system site and upon reaching certain amount of points, you'll be able to withdraw the points. To gain points, you need to do certain tasks. To cut the long story short, I did a task, received my reward points then withdrew all accumulated points. A few days after, maybe after their review, they charge it back. Now, I have negative points. I feel very disappointed. If I will continue, its a long way climb. Seems better if I will just restart.

Buhay pa po ang NLEX Road Warriors sa PBA matapos ang kapana-panabik na laro laban sa Meralco Bolts. Ang Meralco ay may "twice-to-beat" advantage kontra NLEX ngunit nasilat nga ng NLEX ang laro kanina nang maipasok ni rookie Calvin Oftana ang game winning lay-up. Matapos nito ay may natira pang 6.1 seconds sa laro ngunit dahil wala ng time-out ang Meralco ay hindi na ito nakagawa ng magandang play. Natapos ang laro sa 81-80. Ang do-or-die game nila ay gaganapin sa Friday at ang mananalo ay papasok semi-finals na posibleng makalaban ang mananalo sa Magnolia at Rain or Shine na laro.

I guess we need to push Leni Robredo to run so Eraserheads will reunite. :) A fan asked Ely Buendia via Twitter on what will it take for Eraserheads to have a reunion in which Ely replied: "Kung tumakbo si Leni." It may be a candid answer or a witty joke but who would not want to see Eheads together again? We all love their music and love to see them together. It's been six months since I resigned from my former employer but sad to say, if I did not make a follow-up on the status of my final pay, I will not get an update on its release. And I have this feeling that because I made a follow-up, they will process it just now. I guess that's how much they hate me no matter how much my contributions were for almost 4 years with them or they didn't really care to compute it at all.

Didn't realize that it's almost 12NN. Losing track of time means you are generally busy and laser-focused on what you are doing. It could either be a good thing or a bad thing. Good thing in terms of being focused on what you are doing - meaning you want quality and perfection on what you do. Bad thing because you lose track on to what you should be doing next. But one important lesson I learned today is that we need to budget our time wisely. Manage our time wisely so we can make the most out of it. Almost lunch time, happy eating! :)

A clear, delivered message to the team means they fully understand the thoughts and objectives of the message not only the immediate tasks to be completed but also the long lasting impact and consequences. Check yourself if your team did not fully understand your message because it could be you who were not able to deliver the message across clearly.

Seeking budget approval from your boss is always like having a thesis defense. I feel excited and nervous at the same time for my first dose of vaccine tomorrow. I'm not a fan of these vaccines for some reasons but it feels like it's more of a requirement, more of it being mandatory than voluntary. Plus considering the dilemma of being discriminated if an individual is not vaccinated. There's a lot of issues and concerns why many individuals are hesitant to be vaccinated but probably mainly on how your body will react with the intake of it. Different people, different body reaction - the uncertainty is probably what most people is afraid of.

WWE: Big E cashed-in his Money In The Bank contract against Bobby Lashley to become the new WWE Champion. He cashed-in at the right time after the match between Bobby Lashley and Randy Orton. Lashley was tired and vulnerable when Big E's music hit and in he came to the ring together with a referee. It didn't take long before he dominated an exhausted Lashley to win the title. After which, his stablemates from New Day celebrated with him inside the ring. We are now in a New Era, Big E-ra!

VIAND - I often see this word and most probably, most Filipinos are not very familiar with this (or I am the only one?). It is actually an English translation of the word "ulam." Before, while I was assigned in a BPO, posted on the canteen is "Viand." I literally had to ask what it is because I do not know it. I thought it was a kind of "ulam" with some meat or whatever in it but it was clarified to me that it means "ULAM." In other countries, I am pretty sure "viand" is an uncommon term. They often use "dish" or "meal." In canteen or restaurants, they refer to them as "menu" instead of "viand". Instead of saying, "What's your viand?", I guess it's better to hear "What's your meal?", "What's your breakfast/lunch/dinner?" Oh well, maybe I'll get used to hear "viand" but I still prefer "dish" or "meal." :)
