The weekend burger is a great family recipe for a homemade burger and the whole family. Really very tasty and very simple. This is exactly the recipe from the oven since it does most of the work. This burger from the oven can easily become a hamburger or cheeseburger, just add bacon or bacon and / or grated cheese or sliced cheese at the end. The 5 of us didn’t eat until the end, there was just under half left. That's why I think this big burger is safe for 6 adults to eat quite decently
.Add salt to ground beef and pork, add garlic powder or chopped garlic, pepper, oil, parsley leaves, chili, mix everything well and store in the refrigerator until use. The exact quantities are listed, except in the video and above in the list of ingredients (writes: openings for the list of ingredients)
.Add 50g of smooth flour, sugar, dry or fresh yeast (depending on which one you have) to the dough bowl, lukewarm water and mix everything well, then leave it to stand for 10 minutes.
.Now add the yogurt and oil and mix everything well
.In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 500g of flour with salt and gradually, according to the instructions in the video, knead a ball of dough
.Leave to rise for only half an hour
.After the time has elapsed, knead the dough, roll it out thinly in a circle and place it in a round pan previously coated with a little butter and floured. The dimensions of the pan can be from 30 to 40 cm. Mine is the 33cm I used for this video
.Coat with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds, then leave to rise for another half an hour before baking.
.Large cakes for a weekend burger are baked for 18 minutes at 200 C
.TIP: Before baking, take the meat for the weekend burger out of the fridge and stir, then leave it at room temperature
.Take the burger pastry out to cool and coat the same tin with a little oil and press the meat with a fork so that it is properly distributed
.Bake for 35 minutes at 200 C. Don't worry, it's easy to remove and won't stick to the base
.The pastry for the big weekend burger is now lukewarm. Cut it in half and add ketchup, mayonnaise, and sour cream sauce, and coat both halves of the pastry
.Next you put the stuffed weekend burger as you like and what you like, tomatoes, salad, pickles and the like
Everyone will be delighted with the size, so it is ideal for birthdays or socializing with a larger team
family ? this is enough only for me :D
