1.Simple pizza triangles
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 440 G Flour
-1 Mala Žl. Salt
-1 Mala Žl. Dry Yeast
- 4 Vel. Žl. Oils
-2.5 Dcl of lukewarm Water
Sauce:
-2 Dcl Pureed Tomatoes
-A pinch of Oregano, Basil, and Salt
- 1 Mala Žl. Sugar
-1 Vel. Žl. Oils
Stuffing:
-Ham
- Cheese
-Egg Coating
-Sesame For Sprinkling
A simple pizza triangles recipe. Add dry yeast, salt to the flour, and stir. Now add the oil and lukewarm water and all according to the amount listed above in the list of ingredients. Knead the ball of dough
Leave to rise covered for half an hour
Now knead the dough and divide into two equal parts
Roll out both doughs thinly in a circle and place one over the baking paper. Prepare the sauce according to the ingredients from the list of ingredients, then spread over the dough as in the photo below
Put ham and cheese over the tomato sauce
Put another dough over everything to exactly cover the ends with its edge
Now first press/glue the ends along the entire edge into a circle with a fork, and only then fold half a centimeter inwards and press with your fingers so that the dough sticks to the inner edge
Cut triangles with a thicker plate. Since you can see where the dough is thickened and therefore where the filling is underneath, this should not be a problem
You don’t need a baking sheet. Just pull on the baking paper and slide it over the rack from the oven where the pizza triangles will actually be baked. Preheat oven to 220 C and bake for about 12 minutes
2.Pizza with cornflour
Ingredients
-250g Flour (Smooth)
-1/4 Fresh Yeast
-Mala Žl. Sugar
-3 Dcl of lukewarm Water
-Half Dcl Oil
-300 G Corn (Homemade) Flour
- 1 Mala Žl. Salt
Sauce:
-2 Dl Pureed Tomatoes
-1 Vel. Žl. Oils
-Pinch of salt
-1 Mala Žl. Sugar
-A pinch of Dried Basil and Oregano
Stuffing:
-Soluble Cheese
-Ham
-250 G Mushrooms
Pizza with cornflour recipe. Pizza made from pure corn flour is not tasty to me but this combination of smooth and cornflour is really a complete hit. I didn't do the video, but it was clearly explained in the photo recipe. Each procedure under the correct number is accompanied by a photograph below. The quantities are listed above in the list of ingredients
1.Add sugar, yeast, and lukewarm water to the smooth flour.
2. Stir well until you get a fairly thick mixture. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes
3.Now add the oil and mix well and immediately add the cornflour mixed with the salt
4.Knead a ball of dough and let it stand for half an hour
1.Stir briefly and then form a ball of dough again, roll it out in a circle, transfer to baking paper
2.Peel with a fork everywhere
3.Coat with pizza sauce. I repeat the exact quantities are listed above in the list of ingredients
4.Add ham/ham or similar
1.Grate the cheese and spread evenly over the ham/salami
2.Now add the champignons. TIP: By the way, when preparing homemade pizza, most have noticed problems with the liquid released by fresh mushrooms. This is because most of us do not have bread or a special electric pizza oven, so the excess liquid does not evaporate quickly but stays on the surface and the distribution pizza. Due to the properties of this dough, the cornflour in it will absorb that excess liquid and will be perfect.
3.Pizza with cornmeal is just pulled over the grill from the oven, without the tin
4.Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 220 C, ie. to the desired color
And the cornmeal pizza is ready to serve. Coat the edges with a little oil and sprinkle with basil and oregano. I put fresh basil and oregano leaves
