Rose cake is certainly one of the small cakes that are always on the table for any celebration or holiday. It can be lean and lean, with nuts, chocolate, or fruit. It is quick and easy to prepare if you decide to buy a crust. I didn’t shop and it took me too long to make the bark. I buy them now because I don’t see any difference between made and bought, and my making time has decreased fivefold.
Components:
1 pack of ready-made rose hips (8 pieces, 500 gr)
300 g of crystal sugar
300 ml of milk
300 g of ground walnuts
220 g of margarine
For glaze:
300 g of powdered sugar
5 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons oil
15 porridges of raspberry extract or liquid food coloring if you do not want the taste of raspberries in the glaze
Preparation:
Put water and sugar on the fire to rise.
Bring to the boil for a few minutes, then remove from the heat and add the margarine, then stir until melted, then add the ground walnuts and combine.
Cool this mixture and lubricate the crust. The back bark does not grease.
Leave the icing-free pink cake covered with the pan for a while in the fridge for 30 minutes, then prepare the icing.
I make the glaze by uniting everything.
I add hot water to the oil, then sugar, whisk and finally add the extract or color and whisk again.
The mixture should be thicker than yogurt, but still a little liquid.
Pour the mixture over the cake and flatten with a flat knife.
Leave the cake in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden the icing, then you can store it in a dry and cooler place like a pantry, it should not be in the fridge.
It is best served the next day.
