We all know someone who spends his whole life trying to control us, trying to manipulate us, with that pretty face or that charming voice, however, these are the most dangerous people that can exist in the world, their toxic attitude can drag us to the worst abyss of this planet. The most curious thing is that this attitude or way of beginning to develop from a very young age. That is why we see teenagers who capture the weaknesses of their family to manipulate us, to have them at their feet, as the years go by becoming Emotional Manipulators.
However, they have certain characteristics that will help you identify them, ¿what are they?.
They become victims - Yes, one of the main characteristics is that they play the victim, to continue controlling people, they use all their "skills" to pass themselves off as the most vulnerable and weakest people in the world, they even make meaningless threats to take their own lives if they are left alone, they claim that without him or her their life will have no more value, that their world will collapse, however, all this is an act with a purpose, to continue having that deceived person tied to them.
They only think about themselves - They don't care what happens to the people around them, they only think about their well-being, their happiness (if it can be called that), and peace of mind. These people show a great degree of insensitivity to the world, everything has to revolve around them, if any of those people they manipulate, can not help them or be there for them because they got sick or suffered an accident, they automatically become selfish and their response will be full of insults and as mentioned in the first characteristic, they use the performance of victims, to make the other feel bad, for not helping them at that time.
They are full of insecurities - Although it seems contradictory that these manipulative, controlling, and toxic people are classified as insecure, the truth is that they act that way, their insecurities are so great that they need to hide them, controlling and manipulating those around them, they are so selfish and cruel, they need to feel that they have power over other people, to feel that their insecurity "disappears".
