Unhealthy mind and how to keep mind healthy

Dear fellows

Mind is a place where we have all our thinking. Mind where our thoughts being resulting to our actions and if our is unhealthy and in trouble then it totally impact on our life.some people think it's not a matter if our mind is unhealthy but I think if your mind is unhealthy then it's a very crucial case which effect our life badly.A unhealthy mind results in a unhealthy body.if you are physical good then your mental level also good.

There are many causes which affect our mind badly .The main cause is hyperthyroidism and it's happen when our thyroid gland produces too much of harmones . Hyperthyroidism cam accelerate our body metabolism, Family play an important role to recover from this situation and patient recover 🔜

The other factors that cause mind is hypertension . And mostly people don't know what to do when they have this only few people know when they fell hypertension,worried scared confused . So good mental health offers you a feeling of well being and also give inner strength of peace . Everyone know how to keep their body fit . When we feel hypertension then first of all we have to control our thoughts. we need to think postivity so that our mind remain calm. Only a few people know what to do when patient feel nervousness .when the patient feel like this he need company like family, parent's, Loved one who stay besides him.such type of patients deals with affection,and trying to support them in every way.

Exercise and eating the proper food are the best way to keeping body health.but how these two thing are effective,so a healthy mind require a lot of work as well as combination of food and exercise. A healthy diet consist of so many calories and that are helpful for gaining good mind. Exercise is most important thing by getting good mind . A healthy body have a healthy mind so try to do exercise daily.

Sleep is necessary for making mind healthful because having enough sleep is necessary .if your mind is stress free then you need a quality sleep. Good sleep will help you for maintaining your mind and also your body

Those who have good health always remember that they have good mind also . Unhealthy behavior is also Connected with mind because if you are strong physically it's does not mean you are strong and you are fine , unhealthy behavior may not b effect you Heath however there is a chance of effecting mentally.
