"Rakshabandhan" A symbol of love and promise of protection

Day before yesterday, My brother had visited us to celebrate "Rakshabandhan" It is a very popular traditional festival celebrated in South Asia. On this occasion, sisters of all ages tie an amulet called 'Rakhi" around the wrist of their brothers symbolically for protecting them. In the return, brothers will give them promise to support them in all manners and give them gifts as well.
Although this festival has some religious history, but I am not going to connect it with any religion so let's understand it in a hastily way. "Rakshabandhan" is a combination of two words where "Raksha" Stands for protection and "Bandhan" stands for bondage or a promise.
To tie amulets generally brothers visit their married sister's home every year or sometime married sisters went to their natal home to celebrate Rakshabandhan. Sisters who live far away from their brothers like on different locations, countries. In this case sisters will send "Rakhi" to their brothers through general post or couriers.
Many schools celebrate this festival in different ways by holding "Rakhi" making competition, card making competition or sometime small functions as well. In the schools, girls will tie amulets on the wrist of boys. Schools will encourage not only "Rakshabandhan" but other festival also to increase the awareness about traditional festivals and their value among the children and slowly-slowly it is working as well.
People who are working in defense or other critical work celebrates it at their local posting area with the local people because going back home from duty might be not possible for them.
In our childhood, we celebrate this festival for getting gifts in return, but as we have grown up, we have understood its real value and meaning and it has changed the meaning of celebration in our eyes.
Although this time rakshabandhan falls on Sunday, but if it will fall on another day some of local Governments will allow two hours leave or some of them will allow full day leave in offices and schools. Not only this, The Government will allow the government transport free of cost, for all the female passenger to commute at any destination.
Earlier it was just fun for us, but now we wait for this festival with all our hearts. Especially for me, because I know that my brother never miss visiting us on this occasion. We were already prepared to welcome him. He has come on Saturday late evening after his job time, and we have enjoyed our full Sunday together. I asked him so many things, and we remember our childhood days. As per norms I tie the Rakhi around his wrist and hugged him with love. He had gifted me a new dress and chocolate for my kids. My husband was busy with photography this day. 🤣🤣🤣
Unfortunately, he doesn't have any sister, but he celebrates it with my daughter and some of our neighbors little girls.

"Language" Which Speaks louder than words

It was the weekend and there was another holiday coming on Monday because of a local festival. Three continuous holidays force her to go somewhere. Being a daughter what will be the best place you would like to visit?
I hope, our answer is going to be same for this question. Being a girl and a daughter our parent house is the best place to visit on holidays. Am I right?
So Riya asked her kids and husband to go to meet her mom and dad on Friday evening. They happily agreed to this and next morning they moved out to meet them. Riya thought she must call her mom before leaving their house but her husband and kids stopped her to call. They want to give them a surprise. To reach them, they have to catch a train and it will take around 3 hours. Riya was so excited to meet her parents and brother and their families after two years. Her younger brother got married when the last time she saw them. Her excitement was in another world. They sit in the train and train departure was oat the given time. Kids and husband started their "singing game", but Riya is not interested in anything, she just want to reach there as soon as possible. She just closed her eyes and went to the old days, which she spent with her mom, dad and siblings.
In her dream she can see a little Riya and her two brother's running around in the house. They were playing a game hide and seek when their Mom call them to eat sweet dish. They run towards the mom, but Riya gets unbalanced and fall down. Her bother brother reached the mom before her and she was just checking her elbow injury. Her both bother started asking for sweet dish, but her mom noticed that Riya falls down. Her mom left everything and run to catch her. She took crying Riya in her lap and hug her with full of love.
Her both brothers were fighting for sweet dishes "first I will take" "first I will take". Mom makes them quite and said today my Barby doll will get the sweet dish first. Riya smiled and she forgot all her pain. Oh mama, I will get it first, wow. Yes, my queen, "Mom replied". Her Mom's these words real made her a queen of the house that day. She was so happy and ate the full sweet dish with her brothers.
She was in her dream world, when her husband touched her, "Riya wake up" our station has come. She waked up, Oh! We have reached" let's move. They left the train and ask for auto to reach mom's house. She stopped the auto on sweets shop and bought 1kg sweet dish for her family and some chips packet for kids of the family. When they left the sweet shop, her husband suggests her to buy some fruits also and Riya happily agreed to buy 2 kg apple. Although she was carrying some clothes for gifting them, but they bought two readymade sets for her brother's kids.
Finally, they reached home. The house's gate is still same black colour and same old design. The house was looking same, old design, same wall height. Riya was feeling like she just came back from her school and her mom might be waiting for her on the gate like earlier days. But Riya is married now, she came back to reality. They just knocked the gate and looking with excitement who will open it. They knocked it again and suddenly they heard some noise like someone is trying to open the door. A 7-8 year old boy opened the door and shouted hey! Aunt Riya. Welcome.
Mom! Dad! Grandpa! Mama comes out, see who has come. It's aunt Riya! The boy shouting continued. Her two sister-in-law has come out, Hello Riya! Welcome!
Hello sis! Hello sis! She replied to her both sister-in-law. But Riya's eyes were searching for her mom. Her mom is not looking anywhere. They just entered the house and start greetings each other with her husband and kids. After few minutes finally Riya asked her sister-in-law. Where are mom and dad? Sis. They might be in their room, she replied.
Riya runs towards the room and entered with excitement. I am here mom!. She saw an old man and women was sitting on the bed. It's me, mom! She speaks again. Oh Riya! My doll mom stands up slowly and hugged Riya with full of love and tears in her eyes. You came after a long time my baby. How are you? I am a fine mom!. Hello dad! Riya just hugged her dad also. Her dad is an old retired man now. Hello Riya! Her dad hugged her back.
Three days have passed and it's been time to go back home Riya and her family get ready to go to the station they met everyone and left the house. Okey mom! I am going now. Please take care of yourself. Okey dad! Please take care of yourself. She just said bye to everyone and moved out of the station back with tears in her eyes. They reached the station and catch up the train for hometown. While sitting in the train her husband asked her kids, how were your holidays? Kids replied, Very nice we love to come back.
Riya was not looking happy. She just sits in the corner and looking at the window. How was your holiday Riya? I know you are going to miss your home for many days. Her husband just asked her.
"My home doesn't belong to me" She replied and started crying.
Her husband just gives his hand to her and said don't worry, everything will be fine. Don't think too much. What happened? Why do you feel like that ? "Your home doesn't belong to you"? Is there something wrong? Is Mom said anything?
No! She didn't say anything. That's why I said "My home doesn't belong to me".
This was the first time when I didn't find my mom at the door.
This was the first time when I entered the house I feel confused where to go?
This was the first time I was asking for permission to enter any room.
This was the first time when I think who is going to serve us food. The elder one, or the younger one.
This was the first time when I feel my **home** divided into three different **houses**.
This was the first time when I feel where to kept or where to give 1 kg sweets.
This was the first time when I missed my mom in that house.
This was the first time I feel my parents were guest there. I just feel they were waiting for their time.
This was the first time when I feel my brothers are not mine.
This was the first time when I missed **"Mom's queen" in that house.**
I don't want to blame anyone, they did nothing wrong to us. They greet us happily. They care for us like a good host. They serve us better food. They all were very nice to us. They did everything what they can do and can afford. I am very happy with the respect they have given to me and my family.
**But the "love" and "emotion" which were always pulling me toward my home was missing. That house is now my brother's house.**
It neither belongs to my parents nor to me.
I was mine till the time it belongs to my mom and dad. I went there to find the happiness of little Riya, but little Riya was not there and now.......

How to Manage? "The biggest challenge for me"

Today, I first time show my name in tagged in an article by sis @emily2u It was really a proud moment for me. I was on the way to my office and I just checked few of notification that sis @renren16 has sent me sponsorship few hours earlier. Any how I just accepted that notification because it is very difficult to look at over the phone in crowded bus. I tried to comment on one or two articles but I reached office.
My today's article is about my struggle with read.cash article writing. This becomes a biggest challenge for me.
As many of you know that I am a married women, have two kids and because of financial conditions I have to work also. One month ago one of my friend has introduced me into noise.cash and read.cash togather and I started work in noise.cash first. He told me to make one post in morning and one in evening and comments on few of the posts which I found good to comments. I followed him and I was happy to see my earnings in noise.cash in few days. 0.01, 0.02, it was growing gradually and I feel it is very easy to earn in noise cash.
This earnings makes me excited and gave me a hope for some extra income with few easy efforts, but I started feeling that noise.cash has very limited earnings (It was just my feelings, but I see some of people are earning very good in noise cash also). May be it is because I have only subscribers in noise.cash and I can made only two posts. My earnings was very less and after few days I saw some of the post related to read.cash, so I just checked read.cash also and amazed with the people's earnings in read cash, it was very high for many writers. Some of people's are earning more then my oneday wages in read cash and they have accounts in noise cash also which is paying them very high amount. It was unbelievable for me, I started thinking that is it possible for me also? But my biggest problem is time. What to do with time? I wake up at 5:00 am in morning , prepare tea for myself and my husband and kids. my husband wake up at 05:30 am, he chop vegetables and I cook food for my family, cleaning my house (brooming, mopping), some time if we get late he mopped floor, otherwise his duty to wake-up kids and make them ready for school. Sharp at 08:30 we all moved out kids go to school and me and my husband go to office. These days kids are staying at home because of covid-19 but their online classes are going on.
I generally reached office around 09:00 to 09:20 because of transport and traffic. My office time is 09:30 am to 17:30 pm and then I have to rush back to home and it will again took 30 to 45 minutes and around 18:30 pm reached back home. After reaching home I need to prepare dinner. first I took bath and then dish cleaning. As the food is getting ready I check out kids class work and home work and ask them to read in front of me so that I can help them in their work. In the mean time my husband also came back from office, generally he purchased vegetables and grocery for house because he has a bike to travel but because of that sometime he came late also. If my husband has come on time he will sit with kids to make them studying so that I can focus on cooking. By 20:30 pm we start eating dinner and around 21:00 we will finish it. Then again my work start cleaning dishes and cleaning of kitchen. It will take another 30 to 40 minutes to complete it. When I freely sit on the bed the clock will be at 22:00 pm and I don't know when the tiredness of whole day took me in other world.
I tried to write 10-11 article on mobile handset with the hope of some more extra earning (All articles I wrote in 2 to 3 days) in my free time and you can imagine my free time (It is a time after 22:00 pm to my sleep) it can be 30 minutes, 40 minutes or 1 hour maximum. I can't afford time beyond 23:00 pm because I have to wake-up next day at 05:00 am.
If I write articles, I have to loose noise.cash post or if I have to make post and comments in noise.cash, I have to loose article writing. I tried to make some normal post in noise.cash but it become very difficult for me to manage everything in one hour. Although I got lot of appreciation from all of you on read.cash but still my struggle is going on. I wrote this article in 3 days. My last article I posted on Sunday and it's already Wednesday night so I am trying to finish it today atleast.
I don't know what to do? To give genuine comments on article I have to read full article but how many articles I can read in this one hour. I have already 25 subscriber in read.cash and I even don't know all 25 and I am very sorry to say I even don't know what they are writing or posting. I tried to marked notification unread so that I can read it later but the writer will come with new article before me I feel very bad to see that I even didn't read their first article and new has already come. So I tried to Upvote some of the article without reading to so my respect to thier writing but I have only $2.3 and I had already spent $1.90. I am in a fear wheather their support will continue or not for me because I am not writing everyday or I am not able to read their every article.
This man (random rewarder) is still not happy on my articles and struggle, lol and he is testing my patience and effort. I will not give up so easily but let's see how much time it will take.
I want to sponsor some of the very inspiring writers but I don't have any choice and money to spend right now.
I don't know what to do?

But I still trying my best.
Few hours ago I just read one article by sis @FarmGirl was an inspiration for me. I hope time will also come for me when I can also quit my job and I can focus on my kids study and I can have free time to write and read more and read.cash will give me a respectable earnings. I know that this platform has become a life changer for many of us. I don't know my hope with it is genuine but I really want a good comfortable life. It was already 22:48 pm in my phone watch and I still have to think about some pictures to add in it.
In the last I would like to thanks all of you to read and support my articles and I want to feel sorry for that I still not able to read many of article from you. I will keep it for Sunday I will try to read maximum on holiday and Sunday. Can't promise to all because it is laundry and dusting day as well.

When I feel "My Mom in me"

It was a cold sunny Sunday of last to last year. I was preparing some snacks for my both school going kids. Their final exam were about to start in one month so I had given them introductions to focus on thier studies and I promised them to cook their favourite snacks but you know about kids habits. As a returned from kitchen they were playing and fighting with each other. " Are you both crazy? I told you to study and what are you doing? I shouted on them with full of anger. I just run behind them and they tried to hide themselves from me and run away to their father.
Finally I give up and asked them to finish there snacks first. I asked them to sit for study again. Whenever their father is not at home it is very easy to control the kids but if he is there they become a team and they play all the time. Me and their father had some bad conversation because of this that he his giving them extra support and distract them from study. But he alway smiled at me and tease me by saying "Okay Mama, Next time we will not do anything"
The day was finished and after completing the daily chore I just lay down on our bed and closed my eyes but few words and actions were still moving in my mind " Okay Mama" Next time we will not do that again". I know, my husband said that casually and even I don't mind it in heart if they play and enjoy happily. I know they hardly get a Sunday to spend and enjoy together.
Flash Back:
With closed eyes and while thinking all these I moved into my childhood days. I can see myself sitting with my 4 bothers (2 elders and 2 younger) in a govt school and we were waiting for school bell to rang so that we can go to our home and play together. We know our mom will be waiting for us with hot fresh dish to eat and milk to drink. Home is the best place for us. My mom was very strict for our studies although she was not educated at all. As she was house wife so her eyes were always on us and she used to interrupt us for small -small things. We always feel scared of mom's anger. As a kid we hate her strict nature and some time with anger I used to asked her many questions.
Mom why you are always want us to study? Why you are always running behind us for small-small things? Why are you always angry?
My anger on that day is at another peak and I through all my anger on her. My brothers moved into another room and started studying but I was not ready to do that.
I want answers of my questions Mom, I just said her very aggressively. Me and my mom were like friends because we were the only two females in our family but I put our friendship aside on that day. Mom didn't said anything and went in another room with tears in her eyes, some how I saw her eyes and her tears melted me. I started feeling bad on my act I went to her and said "I am sorry mom" I don't know what happened to me I hugged her and start crying.
Mom hugged me back and kissed on my forehead, it's ok my baby. I think I was very strict with you that's why you feel like that. No mom you are not strict "I am sorry". I was saying sorry again and agin to her. She clean my tears and said it's ok baby don't cry. Mom hugged me tightly.
You don't like my strictness?, Mom asked me.
No Mom it's not like that I replied.
Do you know why I am strict with you?
My mom to me, "I am living my dreams in you. I have only one regret in my life that I can't get chance to study because in our time there was no girl education was allowed. I went to school for six days only and that was because I cried a lot but after six day when ever I asked to go to school they slapped me and locked me in room. So in few days I stopped asking for that and they put me in house duties and at the age of 18 I was get married to your father".
I learnt to write my name only from my brothers.
I know that, only good education can make you good people in the society. We are not that lucky, your born in poor family but education can change your future. If you work hard in these days I will assure you I will die in good house and that good house will be yours my baby. I want you make all of you a successful person in life. Every parent want it but our conditions are different, thats why we have only one choice and that is "Education". Good in education will automatically open many doors for you and for your bright future. I know I can't send you in best schools and not in best coaching centers as well but what you have in these days is far-far better than mine time. Now society has start accepting girls education, Govt has opened many schools for increase education level. You are lucky that your father is allowing you to study.
This is the only reason I am always strict with you. Baby please try to understand, you can see my brothers one is Science teacher and one is Manger in bank now. Moreover what ever your father is earning in private job is all because of education. With these words I came back in my present life.
**Present: I asked myself.**
1) Am I also very strict with my kids?
2) Am I aslo dreaming my life in them?
3) Is their bright future will give me happiness?
4) for what we both are working?
Hold on, is it me? Or is it my mom in me?
Time has ran away and I am a mom now and I feel my Mom in myself:
when I talk to my kids.
When I share my feelings with them
When I love them.
When I cook for them.
When I work for them.
When I care for them.
I am feeling I am like my mom now, I become her shadow.
What I am doing with my kids is same as what my mom was doing with us.
Mom's love is unconditional, she love you as your are. What ever you are.
She don't asked for how much are you earning?
Her first question always is "Have you taken your meal?" Are you caring for your health?
I can't forget the sleepless nights she spent on me when I was not well. I can't forget her tears when she saw a small injury. I can't forget that she the only person who is at our side unconditionally without asking what is the matter.
Although we are also entering in old ages but we are still kids for our parents.
She never missed a single day without asking whether I reached back home safely Or not.

Today I woke up and went on the roof of my house. I saw a big monkey ran from our roof. Although we live in a suburban area but some time we saw one or two monkeys passing from here. He went away but he gave me an idea for weekend article, actually he had a very long tail and suddenly it come in my mind that "If we had a tail" like them🤣🤣😝😝
Sorry ladies I know you might be angry on me for this stupid one but let's try it.

1) On brith, our parents look at our tail and payer to God. " Thank God for blessings us beautiful kid with beautiful long Tail" 😝🤣
2) Our relatives came to see us and said to mom, "Baby with long tail, "Wow nice tail" and said do you know? mrs x baby's tail is very short I am worried if it grow later.
3) Our complaint to our mom about our siblings, "Mom he is touching my tail again and again, I can't focus on studies" 🤣🤣
4) Out neighbor's came and complaint to our mom, please have a control on your kids, do you know your boy bites on my boy's tial and it get red or its bleeding now 😜😜😝
5) Our mischief at school will be unexplainable, pressing some one tail with shoes and run away. Disturbing someone by pulling tail again and again.
6) Warning can be like this, Meet me outside I will cut your tail" 🤬🤬🤬
7) Oh God! he is so handsome and I love his tail when he wag his tail in the air.🤩🤩
8) Boy to girl, "You are so beautiful, I like your hair, your eyes, your heart and specially I love your tail. Will you marry me or can we node our tails.🥰🥰
9) "Mom his tail stucked in door, please come quickly" 😜😜 Mom she did it intentionally.
10) Incidents, Have you heard that he met with an accident and he lost his full tail.
Oh God! So sad, is there any chance of his marriage now without tail?
Marriage? Without tail no way! It can be possible only if he found someone with lost tail like him.

Where is Mrs.Y? She also told me that she will wear new matching tail band on her tail this time. I want to see her tail band.

Performance Improvement - PDCA

My today's article is in continuation to my previous articles "Writer's - SWOT" or you can say it is next step after SWOT analysis.
To start anything or to work upon any idea we should use PDCA for the best results.
What is PDCA?
PDCA is a technique which can be an effective tool to start or to work upon any idea come in your mind. This technique is mostly used to start- up a business or to improve the business activities for next level of improvement but as usual this technique is also used by all of us in our day to day life. We use it all the time but taking it causally that's why we might miss to use it properly. PDCA stands for:
1) P - Plan
2) D - Do
3) C - Check
4) A - Act
I said we are using it every day many time, don't be surprised I will tell you, why I am saying that? Let's take a case study.
Let's suppose we want to go to the market to buy a smart phone and we want that we should buy the best and latest phone in one round so how we excute it.
1) Plan:
We plan to buy and smart phone like:
1) Brand should be this or that (we think and choose for 2-3 brands)
2) We decide the budget for that.
3) We search for the latest one with latest feature.
4) We compare 2-3 brands
5) We compare the Features camera, screen, sound etc.
6) We take some feed back about the brand if our any friend or family member was using it.
7) How we will go to the market with own vehicle or through public transport.
8) Where we can found decide brand easily.
So this is how we plan or use first step of PDCA. Studies say for good results use maximum time to plan.
2) Do:
So in step one our plan has finalized and now it's time to excute (Means Do) or time to do what you have decided in plan stage.
Like if we decide that we will use public transport and we took a bus and go to the market and ask for brand, model, colour . Means if you have planed it well it will not take much time or it will not confuse you at this stage.
3) Check:
In this stage we check our plan vs execution like we plan to use public transport so was it comfortable or not, and wheather that brand was available in your decided market or not. Weather phone is working properly, all the features they have mentioned are upto the mark or not etc
4) Act:
Now we react or act as per our experience. We improve the bad area and learn from the previous action and share or feedback.
Like: if we found public transport was not good or was wasted lot of time last time so next time we will avoid it or we suggest someone to go with their own vehicle.

Try to understand, not to Judge "Random question for taken"

Yesterday I have read the article by @Momentswithmatti "Random questions for taken" and that initiative has been taken by @Eybyoung so I read her article as well. After reading both the article I let's give it a try.
Actually I belong to a country where arrange marriages are more prefered then love marriages so my story will be going to different for you. Without wasting time Let's try my first question:
18. WHAT WAS THE BEST MOMENT IN OUR RELATIONSHIP SO FAR?
Among those 33 questions I picked this one to answer first. As it was arrange marriage so best moment was our honeymoon 🤣🤣.
That was the first time I sit in airplane and we got the lonely time to understand eachother closely.
8. HOW WOULD YOU WANT TO SPEND A SPECIAL DAY WITH EACH OTHER?
We belong to a simple family and we both are working to survive our earnings. So I don't expect any special day different. What ever he did to celebrate it I accept with my whole heart and his small efforts make it very special. Whether he plan for movie, or dinner out side or maybe he brings something to home to celebrate it at home.
I am always happy even if he just wish me.
29. DO YOU THINK PAST RELATIONSHIP SECRETS SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT HIDDEN?
I don't know but he didn't told me anything, I don't know even I am ready for that too. I don't know what would be my reaction, so if it is hidden then kept it hidden always.

You know I hate him for this, every relationship have some casual fights and we have many. I always decide to not to talk to him till evening 😜😜 or for 2-3 days. But in few minutes he react like that nothing has happened. He came and start asking where is my shirt or where is my pants.
It just like nothing happened then I feel where was the fight we had just 2 minutes before. I want to tease him but he don't mind to talk first, so my plan always fail.
11. WHAT IS THE BEST “RELATIONSHIP ADVICE” SOMEONE HAS EVER GIVEN YOU?
My mom, I can't forget that it was she who guided me before marriage. She said, you are going to new house, new family and new world. Accept it with your whole heart, not with mind. Heart will give you way to live and mind will you excuse.
I didn't understand it that time, but now I can realise it every day.
19. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCES BETWEEN US?
If I start counting the difference 😂 I think I can write one another article on difference in us. I am agressive he is calm, I am short tempered and he is opposite. But the biggest difference in us is he think I am half minded stupid and I think he is half minded 😝🤣.
I always try to look into his phone but he dont care about my phone screen. Ask him to look at it atleast once. ☹️☹️☹️
But we are a blessing in disguise.

Not at all we know that it's very difficult for us to spare time but we are living together is more important. Looking at each other face daily is more important, yeah we spare some time for each other not daily but mostly.

It's a only dream which is looking impossible now. We can't afford it, but I must thank to God what ever he has given to us is more then enough.

Fear, it's quite obvious I don't want any bad time in this beautiful life. I even don't want to think about It. I pray to my God everyday please keep his blessings on our family like this always.

Childhood has gone, school age has gone, just finished the collage and life gives you the biggest questions and that is:
"What to do now?"
Offcourse the first thing come in mind after completing studies is building good career and get settled but
- what to choose a job? Or a business?
- how to decide that?
- what happened if failed? etc
In the few days these questions can boiled anyone's mind and that age is very sensitive to handle pressure. Everyone will come with same question and million months come with millions suggestions. "Do this" and "do that" and mind becomes pressure cooker. So my this article has come with some few suggestions and tips, It will be glad if my this experience will come in your use.
Job or business both have equal importance and both have big scope, so there is no matter of comparison but there are some factors which can help you to decide it easily that what is good for you.
Case - 1
Factors to be considered while deciding:
1) Studies and marks :
If you comes under bright students category so your education and marks will automatically make your way to career. Good marks has so many options Doctor, Engineer and Government services are easily welcome you.
2) Family financial background :
Yes family financial background also plays a very important roll in deciding job or business. Finally strong families easily help in investment.
3) Intrest or special skills :
This is the most important factor which help anyone in deciding career. In the period from childhood to completing collage you might have some hobbies or some Skills which can be converted into career. Like singing, sports, writing, acting etc
4) Influence or Dreams :
Some time we get influenced by others sucess stories and we make them our idol and start working hard and make our way.
5) Experience and family business :
Families that have their own business want that their kids with take forward their business or some families are in high rank services so they give the best education to thier kids from starting to make them good officers.
Case - 2
So factors we have concluded above are interesting in reading but will these factors can be career decider for all?
Or are these applicable on everyone of us?

1) Do "SWOT" on your conditions and situation:
You have to understand the your own situation and conditions to decide career. Use your strengths and try to improve your weakness.
2) Look for best available options:
First job or business can't be last job or business, sometime we have to go with best available options so it will work as support in bad time and give you some financial freedom and time to switch for right options at right time.
3) Take small steps and continue your efforts:
Yes, I agree dreams can be big in life but it doesn't means it need a big steps in starting, you can start with small steps and sustain on that and then move forward.
4) Be ready for failure, so that it can't break you:
Last and most important be ready for failure in life and always have plan B in mind because failure can break anyone so if plan B is in your mind it will still keep you hopeful and help you to overcome from failure.
5) Patience and Time:
Nothing will give us results immediately, we have to give time and we have to wait with patience for best results to come.

It's a weekend, so I just come up with an article which will lighten up your mood.
I know you might be laughing at me for choosing word "Sweet - Politics" as a title of my this article. How a politics can be sweet?
😂😂 When we talk about "Politics" the first word come in our mind is "Dirty Game". Am I right? Okay let me ask you two questions.
Question 1. Do you like Politics?
I know the answer will be Big "No" for maximum.
What will be the answer if I ask my Q2.
Question 2. Do you use politics?
Little confused in answering it. I don't mind if you say "No" again, but are you really agree with your answer.
Actually consciously or unconsciously we use politics in our life and nobody can apart from it. Then the question came, How?
So my answer for this is that everything has two aspects, (Positive and Negative) and if we talk about positive part that means politics can be beneficial if it can be use in right way and that is called "Sweet - Politics"
Sweet - Politics in Motivation
1) When a little kid started walking first time on feet and we praise them to walk can be a motivation for kid but we do that for our happiness too,😂😂 (Sweet Politics)
2) When a mom gave two glass of milk to her two little kids and put them in a compition "Who will finish it first?" 😉 (Sweet - Politics)
3) When parents promise the kids to score good in exam and he will get new cycle or bike.😁😁 (Sweet but Politics)

4) When a mom hide kids mistakes form their father. Or father brought gift for kids for which they were requesting mom from many days.
5) When a wife through her all anger about mother in law on the innocent husband.
6) When a wife get angry on birthday for not going out for dinner.

Office? Do you feel I need to share any example? But no problem I will don't smile.
1) Sending message for leave to a colleague and ask him to inform boss also😂😂
2) Celebrating bad boss birthday and ask him to gave party.
3) When a colleague get promotion party and whish him half-heartily "You deserve it, I am proud of you" 🤪🤪🤪
My life is very limited to the office and home that's why my most of the examples are from these two places.

Thank you very much for your kind support you have shown to my articles. I was reading an article "Five keys to unlock your hidden potential" by @Fexonice1 it's inspired me and works like a booster for me and here I come-up with my new article "SWOT".
Why I choose this name?
I know many of you might be aware about it but let's me explain it for them who are new with this term basically "SWOT" is a term and technique which is use to do an analysis. SWOT stands for :
S - Strength
W - Weakness
O - Opportunities
T - Threats
So this technique can be use to improve any thing like any process, any product, any work any thing which come in your mind. This technique will help us to think differently and help us to improve more.
How to do an SWOT analysis?
This technique is very easy to use, write SWOT as main bold point and try to write small points under these. I will do a SWOT to make it more easy to understand.
Writer's SWOT:
I am taking myself as a case study because I am a new writer, so what will do SWOT analysis for myself to become a good writer or to improve myself to next level.
1. Strength (Think for the key strengths)
- Creative mind
- love reading and use it as techniques
- Have smartphone and fast network
- Can Spare time to write
- Can write in english to reach maximum readers.
2. Weakness (Think for area to improvements)
- Improvement in english.
- Don't have PC or laptop to write fast.
- Lack of time to think and read more
- Still not aware much about read.cash.

3. Opportunities (Weakness are Opportunity)
- If improve on english, can improve writing skills

Writing prompt #6: Cheating

I just came back from the company and reading some fresh articles and suddenly one article written by @emily2u attract my attention. She has started prompt writing by @JonicaBradley and when I read other articles on different topics given by her, so I planned to write one article on on of the prompt topic, she has mentioned in her list. Her article on "Cheating" is very interesting and important to think upon and she ended that article with many questions and these questions are very valid to think upon.
I observed and experienced something different kind of cheating. Although these were not to harm and hurt anyone but theses still stands in term "Cheating"
**Innocent Cheating:**
I remember my childhood days, Me and my younger brother love eating sugar and our mom always get angry on us for that. When she didn't found any solution to stop us so she started hiding sugar from us. She started hiding it on new place which was unknown or not reachable to us every day and we naughty ones took that as game, challenge and try to found it when mom get sleep in day time. As we were known to the every corner of the house we found it easily and happy moments started. We took out sugar, ate it but act like that we fail to found it. 😂😂😂
**Mom's revenge**
When we grown up, we hate bottle guard and as it was vegitable mom cooked bottle guard many time in the season and mostly we make new-new excuses to avoid it. One day mom cooked some "pakora" for us and we happily ate it after we finished mom smiled and said it was stuffed with bottle guard. 😏😏😏
**Cheating for benifit**
I can't forget this incident in my whole life. I was in 10th standard, I was not topper but falls in bright students category. It was our final exam of science subject I was well prepared for that. There was a question and it holds 10 marks "Which is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust? and how to pore it?" I was very confident and excited that I know the answer and I started writing my answer for it. Suddenly my friend asked me the answer of this question not full she just asked which is the metal most aboundant? Confidently I replied with slowly "Iron stupid" what happened to you?
and she replied me back it's aluminium stupid. Where are you lost?
I get confused in Iron or Aluminum and I was already in the middle of my answer but she put me in doubt. I don't want to loose 10 marks so I confirm form my other friend, Iron or Aluminum? She said Aluminium so I cut down my answer and answer for Aluminium. "Yes it was also a Cheating"
**Cheating the Cheater**
It was sad incident, one of my friend fall in love with a boy and she always used to talk about her boyfriend and she happily shared that they are planning for engagement and marriage in next two years. But after few months she came to us and cried a lot like kids. We asked the reason and she said she broked up with that man. We were surprised and asked why? She replied that he was cheating on her and she cought him.
First we made her relaxed and asked what happened? She said since last few months she found some changes in attitude. Earlier he was always used to talk to her, they go out together and he share everything with her but suddenly he started ignoring her, replying late in message, not picking up the calls etc. She made a fake social media account and approached him like Stanger and he quickly accept the request and started talking to her, romantic and sweetly. Within a week he purpose her and asked for date. He was not aware that it was a same girl he his ignoring on the same time. She agreed to meet him and slapped him on the spot where he came to meet her.
I think I have endless stories on this topic but I don't want to make it to large and big because 600 words are the limit for it.
I hope, I will qualify in term and conditions, I am sorry if I missed anything unknowingly.

Work-life balance
Hi readers!
I am working in a company and I have to submit my phone at security gate because phones are not allowed in my company so I was wondering that how to check my article status? and how I can respond to the comments? I was thinking about that whole day but I don't have any choice but I was thinking about a topic to write today and while discussing in my lunch time with my friends, our discussion moved on "Work/life balance" luckily I got my topic to write today.
Finally I got my phone now and I checked my read.cash account first and start writing my this article.
**Work/life balance**
In this century home expenses are increasing day by day. Wheather we talk about food, cloths, electricity, education etc, it is very difficult to fulfill basic necessities of life and to overcome from this bad situation men and women both start working together but if both partners entered profession so it become more difficult to maintain work life balance.
**What is work-life balance?**
Balance between personal life and professional life is called work-life balance.
So my main focus is to eloborate the term "Balance" here.
When we choose to start our career in any profession, our focus moves on learn more grow in career so that our salaries will increase quickly. In this eagerness our focus get diverted from person life to professional life and we start loosing our interest in family, friends, social activities.
Not talking to family members or friends and avoiding social functions shows that work-life balance is not healthy and these ignorance slowly-slowly converted misunderstanding and after that it resulted into domestic violance, break-ups, separation and divorces moreover it will increase stress, anger, mental illness.
**Effect of unhealthy work-life balance**
In starting we feel excited when we see the appreciation from bosses and colleagues and we get rewards and growth in career buy slowly-slowly when we get stability in career we start realising that we have missed something.
1. Reduce love and emotion.
2. Feeling upset all the time.
3. Loosing fun and happiness.
4. Increase domestic violance.
5. Increase communication gap.
6. Anger and mental illness.
7. Increase stress.
8. Loose importance in family
Etc
Solution to the work-life balance
Yes I can say that it's simple to think, easy to write and most difficult to follow to maintain the work and life balance.
1. Give or divide your time equally in both personal and professional life.
2. Try to celebrate small-small achivement.
3. Talk to family members, friends on daily basis it will released your mental stress.
4. We think professional bosses will not understand us but they also have family so asking for your personal time from them will not reduce your professional image.
5. It's difficult but try to keep work and home separate.
6. Work give you some leaves try to avail that and go for outing with family.
**Conclusion**
In the conclusion of work-life balance can be maintained by making some small-small adjustments in life. It is required to understand the importance of home and work equally and specially when both partners are working.
It is not very difficult to maintain the work-life balance only need to understand it closely.
