Hello Readers! .I cordially invite everyone to read my article :-)

We all get impatient at times. Whether it's waiting in line, someone cutting you off on the road or being asked to do something we don't want to do, patience isn't always easy to come by. However, having more patience is a quality that can be developed and honed with practice. By training yourself to be more patient with the demands of others, you will find your overall level of patience increasing naturally over time.

What is the definition of "patient"?

Patient is a word that has a lot of meaning behind it.  This powerful word describes how we should all live our lives and what being patient really means.

A patient is someone who has patience, calmness and composure in the face of adversity.

It can be used to describe someone who is willing to wait for something, but it also means having the ability or strength to withstand pain or illness without complaining.

They are able to be understanding and forgiving when others aren't so easy-going. Being patient means you can trust also keep an open mind about different ideas or opinions that may come up along the way. The more patient you are, the less likely it is for anything to get on top of you because if something does happen out of your control (which will), then at least you know how to handle it! So don't let yourself become overwhelmed by life's little problems - embrace them as opportunities for growth! Patience really does pay off!

Patience is a virtue :

Patience something that we all need in order to get through the day-to-day lives, but it seems like everyone is running out of it. We live in an instant gratification society where everything needs to happen at once and people are pushing their way through crowds just trying to get what they want when they want it. But, there can be serious consequences for this type of behavior as well as a deep loss of happiness and joy if you don't take your time with things.

It seems that there is always a new item on the market, whether it's the latest car or phone, to make us wait for nothing. But what if I told you that there is something so much greater than these material things?   Waiting for something—a person, a time period of your life, or even just one more day can be hard at times but we must remember that patience pays off. Patience can lead to happiness if you're able to keep your cool during stressful situations and it will all be worth it in the end!

Do we need to be patient !

"We need to be patient. I know it's hard and we're all trying to figure out how this is going to work, but we do need to be patient." "I'm not just saying that because I'm one of those people who likes the status quo, either. We need time as individuals and as a country to adjust our way of life." "This means figuring out what's best for us in the long term, rather than making rash decisions about what might make us feel better now."

We all want to be successful, but it's important to remember that success takes time. It can be easy to get discouraged when you are working hard for something and not seeing results right away. This is normal, though! We all need to learn how to be patient with ourselves before we can truly achieve our goals. The next time you feel like giving up because things aren't going your way, try this instead: take a deep breath and remind yourself that everything will fall into place in due time.

My own example :

I want to give a small example of patience. There is no need to go too far. My example is about me.

When I first created the profile by registering read.cash about two months ago. Being a Bangladeshi user was scary for me because I have heard many people say and I have some experience that it is impossible for Bangladeshi users to get any benefit/earn money from this platform. But what I saw is many Bangladeshi users are on this platform and they are successfully blogging .Then I thought, if others can, why can't I?  At least I can try .Then I also came here to write articles or blogs .I started writing articles but had no tips.  I was always a little disappointed when I saw other people's profiles, what they were writing, how they were making good money, and when I saw many people's profiles getting upvote in their first article because I wrote a few articles but my profile and I was not getting upvote.

But one thing must be mentioned that the users of this platform have helped me a lot, they have encouraged me a lot and especially Kristofferquincy has become my first sponsor.  It was my first success.  Because it took me one step further. Later a few more experienced and wise users sponsored me. They supported my skills and my work. Thanks a million to all of my sponsors.💐

From my profile notification

And now the view of my article has reached 500+. Thank you to all of you who have seen my article and who have read my article patiently.

And finally now I can claim myself as a successful user as I also get all the benefits from this platform. But think if I had stopped writing articles after writing a few articles. I would not have written this experience today. I would probably go somewhere else to re-express my skills or look for my own work. Think if I had stopped writing out of frustration I would not have shared my experience with you today. I know many people are trying to blog successfully on this platform and many people are leaving in frustration after writing a few articles but every blogging site has some rules and regulations and this site is no exception.  Unless they are sure that you are an authentic user, you will not be given any benefit from this site.  The same thing happened to me.  So keep trying without getting frustrated and you will definitely succeed and from my experience I can say that I have come this far because I was disappointed but I did not give up trying and I kept trying until I succeeded and everything was possible only  For my patience. So patience is really needed.

But if we are not patient with ourselves, nothing will ever come true... So be patient with yourself and others around you; life won't always go as planned but it's up to us how our story will end :)

How do you train yourself to be more patient with the demands of others?

What if I told you that patience is not just a virtue, but also an action? It's true!

It can be difficult sometimes to put on a happy face and pay attention to the needs of others. We are all busy people with our own lives.

You can train yourself to be more patient by taking the time to find out what motivates people. Sometimes they may want something tangible, like money or food. Other times they may need emotional support because of a traumatic event. When you understand what drives someone, it becomes easier to meet their needs in ways that work for them and for your relationship with them.

But how do you train yourself, or your children, to be more patient with the demands of others? Here are some tips on how you can help teach this valuable life skill:

1) Make sure they understand what it means to be patient. This is not about waiting passively for something! It's about being kind and understanding while also doing their best to meet someone else's request or need. For example, if someone asks them for help finding something in the store, don't just stand there! Help them find what they're looking for- that's being patient!

2) Avoiding distractions - Distractions make us forget why we were doing what we do in life. Avoiding distractions is essential to not losing focus of your goals and achieving them!

One strategy I use when balancing between work responsibilities and personal time management activities has been creating my own "distraction free" zones where possible distractions can't enter (like my bedroom).

3) Practice acceptance -Accepting that you can't control everything in life is an important lesson. The more you accept what cannot be changed, the less power it has over your life and the better off you will be.

4) Express gratitude for what we have now instead of waiting until later

5) Do a breathing exercise. Take deep breaths and count with each inhale and exhale, starting from 1-10 or up to 100 if you need it. This will help bring your blood pressure down which will make you feel calmer and less stressed.

6) Put on some music that makes you happy. If listening to upbeat songs helps the time go by quicker, 3 2 1 Let's go! You'll find that it will help keep your mind off of things that may otherwise stress you out like waiting for people who are late or the line at the post office is slow today (just kidding).

7) Asking for help -You may think that asking for help is a sign of weakness, but the truth is it takes strength and courage to admit when you can't do something on your own. These qualities are seen as valuable in today's world where there’s always more than one way to achieve success!

Asking others with expertise gives us an opportunity not only compete against them head-to-head but also learn from their experience too – which will make all aspects of life easier going forward

I hope these tips make your day easier and less frustrating!

The last word of patience

Do you think patience is innate talent, something that can be learned over time? The answer to this question depends on who you ask. Some people say it is a trait and others believe it can be developed through practice.

Whether you are a parent or not, patience is something that we all need in our lives. It's easy to see that someone like Mother Theresa had great patience when it came to dealing with the poor and sick, but what about the average person? Can they become more patient? Some people may be naturally more patient than others, but everyone can improve their level of patience by using some simple techniques and practicing them daily. If you would like to know how you can become a more patient person, read my article With patience.

Yes, patience is not an easy thing and that is why we have to master the virtue of being patient. Because only by being patient can you give a stable form to the instability of your life, besides it is not possible anymore.
