Anger is a basic or primal emotion, and it can be defined as "an emotional state that involves an intense negative feeling, typically one of anger or hatred." It is often accompanied with strong physical reactions and thoughts.

Anger has been a part of human nature since time immemorial. Every person has a different level of tolerance for anger, but the anger issue can be in varying degrees. The consequences of anger could range from financial troubles to creating a tense environment at home. It is important to address the issue calmly and rationally without any air of superiority.

This emotion is helpful in some cases when it brings people together to do something productive. There are times when anger can help achieve a goal that needs to be reached. In other cases, it becomes harmful and difficult to control. The problem is when we become addicted to the adrenaline rush that comes from anger and end up feeling lost without it.

There are many different ways that anger works on the brain, but two of the most significant are when it is either suppressed or when it is expressed.

Anger can be suppressed with a number of different methods, including distraction, humor, and finding a way to release the tension. Anger can also be expressed in a number of different ways, including yelling to release frustration and releasing the tension by hitting something.

Anger is one of the most common negative emotions. It's difficult for people with anger issues to maintain healthy relationships if they are constantly taking their anger out on those around them; in many cases, this takes a toll on their mental health too.

It has also the ability to make us feel alive, to help us find a sense of purpose, and to give our lives meaning. Anger can be constructive, motivating, and beneficial โ€“ but only when it's not getting in the way of other important aspects of our lives.

The benefits of anger are many. Anger is an emotion which might be helpful at times. It can make us more focused and alert, while also releasing tension and stress when we have been under pressure for too long.

There are various techniques that one can use in order to manage their anger, including the following:

Deep breathing- a technique where one focuses on their breath and breathes deeply.

Acknowledge your non-productive emotions- acknowledge when you're feeling angry and try to channel them into something healthy.

Regular exercise- this will help reduce stress levels.

Plan ahead-People who often suffer from these anger issues need to always plan and proceed with actions that are less likely to get frustrated and reduce the source of anger.

Anger can be a destructive emotion, but it's one that is hard to control. We need to learn how to deal with it in healthy ways, as anger can be destructive if left unchecked. If you find that you're struggling with your anger or are concerned about someone close to you who may have an anger problem, it may be worth seeking professional help from a qualified psychologist or counsellor. Anger therapy provides many practical strategies for helping people learn how to control their anger .

I am also having anger issues that I've been wanting to control. In the end, I get so stressed mentally and it tires me so much. Hopefully, I could be able to cope with my anger issues because even with the slightest problem my head bursts with intensity.

Anger is a natural process but it depends on us how we control our anger. Initially I used to go crazy in anger but with time I have learned to control my anger. Sometimes anger is beneficial but it has many negative effects and it is harmful to our health. Anger in particular increases mental stress.
