The problem with the new tipping bot on here from what I've been seeing is that it prioritizes anything talking about Bitcoin Cash and this platform ends up being a BCH hypefest. People aren't adding value, they're just talking about BCH because it earns them more money. Also, this slowly will change the platform to shut out other categories and it won't be a social platform but rather a Bitcoin Cash fandom. I think Read.Cash has been very successful and could continue to do so, but not by creating a Bitcoin Cash echo chamber. People will catch on and start to only write about that and eventually we won't have any real value driven content. That's just my take. I'm saying this because I want the best for this platform.

I agree with your insight, sir. The tipping bot is great as it prevents the prevalence of scammers on this platform but if that 'bot' will continue to give higher tips to articles that tackles bch, many writers will be discouraged.
I totally agree on this. Somehow it's biased judgement, well since it's a bot and it's probably meant to recognize mostly BCH topics, what's unfair about this is that, people who doesn't want to talk about BCH or Bitcoin or any crypto currency would most likely fall short from the bot's expectation of articles which should be written here on Readcash. Tho I've seen articles not related to crypto being tipped by the bot but only a few cents. And there's no other way to earn, except if you get lots of upvotes from the articles you make. 😅
Sir, I am agreed with you and I hope that read cash will not do that anymore. Bitcoin or bitcoincash may be a trending topics nowadays but it doesnt means that other aspects are ignored. There are hundreds of people who loves to write but not in cryptocurrency like me. I am a medical student and I wanna share my knowledge about the mysterious human body in read cash platform. I am not able to write articles in bitcoin related topics because I dont have a good knowledge about that. The fact is that if read cash tipping bot prioritize cryptocurrency topics then a new types of spammers will evolve. They will try to write articles about this trending topics but as they have little knowledge they must stole others writing and plagiarize. I hope read.cash will be a platform of sharing knowledges, thoughts, entertainment. I hope read cash will be a platform where people Earn money for their writing But not Write for earning money....
oh it's a sad truth for me as I don't know much about crypto my topics are mostly Photography, Tourist Spot and Horror the bot still visit me and I'm thankful of that eventhough it's not so big but at least it noticed my Article. 😊
I have not yet seen tips for comments and there are much less comments recently. What I like on read.cash were useful comments and some discussion below the posts. Do you know if there are rewards for comments?
There is no reward on comments, whatever that is. The BOT rewarder only choose article with content he understand. And yes usually he give tips bigger with BCH or any crypto.
Thanks for reply, maybe they adjust it in future. Otherwise there will be less comments. Which is ok too..
The only advantage of comments is that you will be notice by the author and perhaps, subscribe you and or upvote to you. Like what happen this time, I notice you upon reading with someones article. Just keep going.

Yeah, everyone is talking about BCH and more crypto stuff. And if this bot only focuses on that kind of articles then I'll be doomed as I only know the basics. So I guess that's the reason why bot hasn't visited me yet for two straight days. 😔😔😔

You are absolutely right for someone like me who is new to the crypto world, of course it will feel strange to create content about crypto. Like forcing to get results and the payment system can give results. It has been 1 days since it seems that there are no more visits from bots for every content I make, want to ask but don't understand why like this is. Yes, just surrender, hopefully someone will give a tip for each content created.
Another thing I have noticed that some people are tagging names of big tippers in every article to get tips. Previously also few writers on BCH got the biggest tips up to hundred of dollars.

I just wanna write about art, photography and video games I got some tips, but not necessarily much. I don´t why some articles got tipped more than others. And it´s mostly cents. If what you´re saying is true, there´s a chance that It might risks alienating non-crypto writers off the site.

I agree with you sir. Most of the articles that i see are all about BCH. Most of them are same thing but different tittle. I don't know what is good article and not now seems the bot only tip the same Articles over and over again and forget the other users. It's being unfair to other not Crypto Related Articles writers. I prepared the points system than this bot. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔 I am unhappy to the current tipping system but still hoping for the best for this platform.
Agree! Most of the articles with higher tips are about bitcoin. I only know the basics about bitcoin and I'm afraid the bot will not upvote much more of my articles as it's not related to bitcoin. 😪
You have a good point. I think it focuses more on the BCH topic. As observed topics about bch earns more than any other topics but so far my articles which focuses more about parenting, life, cooking, earned good tips from the Random Rewarder but maybe not as high as crypto currency topics.. I have seen some earn $50 to a hundred or more.
The bot seems to be working fine from day 1-3rd but it slows down on tipping other stuffs lately, as you have said only BCH related topics.
Yeah right, and even with all those articles about bitcoin, I still don't understand a thing. 😣 I would rather read stories, either fictional or in real life, but the platform is full of BCH. Quite boring, really. 😏
It's really bad for us who write nothing related to Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies. It is discouraging 😰
One thing I used to like in this site is the freedom and DIVERSITY on what we want to write about. Unfortunately that mood ended with the rewarderbot running the site. I can say that the RandomRewarder bot is truly just random because it even tips articles undermining copyright rules, and as I noticed only users who have been 2 months or longer working in here.
I think the site has a curation problem. I used to come and look for interesting articles, but not anymore. I come read articles that have been linked from other places like Twitter. But that's also what I do with Medium. I never go to Medium and browse either.
