Nag undertime ako sa trabaho ko kahapon ng hapon para sumama sa mga byenan ko na mkibirthday sa pinsan ni tatay na 75 years old na. Bongga ang handaan ang daming putahe, cake at meron pang lechon. Natawa rin ako sa byenan kong lalaki dahil hindi kami pinasakay ni bunsuan kay hubby. Gusto nya daw na sya ang sakay ni hubby at baba sa Nmax, lol!
Okay lang naman sa akin, natawa lang ako. Si hubby kamot ulo naman. Si bunsuan sinakay namin sa hipag kong may tricycle. Ako naman sakay ko ung Mio at angkas ko ang isa ko pang hipag. Yung handaan na pinuntahan namin kahapon ang inspirasyon ng mga hipag ko para ipush ang palechon sa 70th birthday ng byenan kong lalaki. Pero kung ako ang tatanungin at magdedesisyon hindi lechon ang sorpresa ko sa byenan ko kundi brand new tv.
Ung tv kc na gamit nila ngayon ay yung picture tube at ang screen kulay royal blue nalang. Hindi na halos makilala ang mga artista. Nabanggit ko na rin sa kanila mas praktikal sabi ko kung tv kesa lechon. Same price pero ang lechon ang mga bisita lang ang makikinabang pero iung tv para talaga sa may birthday at hindi lang sa mismong birthday makikita kungdi araw araw. Pero mas gusto talaga nila ng lechon dahil nga birthday yon at 70th pa. Mas sosyal daw ang may lechon sa handaan.
Di bale sana kung kompleto na sila sa gamit at hindi kinakapos. Kaso sa hirap ng buhay ngayon mas mainam sana piliin ung mas praktikal. Isa pa ayaw nila ng bagong tv pero pg may ganoong okasyon tv naman nmin ang hinihiram kompleto pati tv stand at speaker.
Ay nako. Ang pilipino talaga ewan ang mindset kung minsan.
Good morning everyone! Yesterday my head ached so bad good thing hubby drove me to work and picked me after.
After dinner I was about to prank hubby that I was pregnant (though I am not delayed). But the plan was epic coz my period came that instance, lol! I am actually on pills for around 6 years already and still planning to continue for 3 more years.
Dinner is ready!! Crispy burger and sliced bologna for tonight. Hubby picked me from work and on the way home it starts to drizzle so we only stopped by shortly on the market to buy something for dinner. Frozen foods are the first that came to my mind. Cold evening everyone!

Woke up this morning and hubby remembered that my motorcycle needs checkup. Its tail light is not working anymore and the rear breakup is not as tight as before. I said I can still manage but he is worried I might get into accident so he insisted that he will bring it to the shop today.
The muscles of my legs felt very tired. I just finished our laundry that consists 1 week worth of dirty clothes, 1 set of bedsheet, top sheet & 6 pillow cases, 1 throw pillow, 1 small hotdog pillow, 1 large hotdog pillow, and 1 large side pillow which the size is of two medium pillows. I also washed the dishes from the morning and lunch, and already cooked rice. I also finished taking a bath and bathed bunsuan too. My rest day for today officially begins right now.

Now I can use my bitcoin.com wallet properly again. I keep on unistalling and reinstalling the latest version but the app keeps on crashing when installed. I just remembered now that I can just install the older versions that work on my phone before the July 19 update. And success! The older versions really worked!
I upload 2 photos of the app version from playstore and my phone's android version. Bitcoin.com app states they can be installed in phones with Android OS 6.0 and higher. My phone's Android OS is 7.1 but already couldn't handle the 7.23 version, or the latest version, of the app. But the app's 7.13 version works okay.
Good morning! Just finished cooking scrambled eggs and fried footlong for breakfast. Bunsuan is still asleep and surely won't be up until around 9am. Later today I will be doing 2 baskets of laundry. For now, hubby and I are enjoying the morning.

Huling araw na rin para sa buwan ng Hulyo bukas. Sa Lunes ay Agosto na. Ang bilis lang lumipas ng mga araw. Hindi man lang ako nainip at hindi ko namamalayan ay mag ber-months na pala. Marami rami rin kasing magagandang bagay ang nangyari sakin mula simula ng taon kaya hindi ko na namalayan ang mga araw.

Today is the second day that I cannot browse the app properly! How cannI check my assets properly? Or send and receive smoothly? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling for the nth time and still no use! Even tried clearing phone storage and caches, no use!

I wonder if I am the only one having problem with bitcoin.com wallet today? The app keeps on kicking me out I can't even browse on my wallet properly. I tried clearing its cache. Tried uninstalling and then installing it again. Still no good. Whenever I cleared its cache and reinstalled the app, it only works smoothly up to the entering of the private password. Once I am logged in the app it crashes. And then everytime I go back it shuts on its own.
I hope the issue be resolved soon so that thinking about my assets be at peace. Or in case you use other bch wallets for this platform other than bitcoin.com wallet please let me know.
Look what hubby and bunsuan are up to now! They are enjoying the bubble wraps from the shopee parcel that arrived today. Bunsuan got curious of the bubble wraps and hubby taught her what to do with them. Now both of them are laughing and having a good bonding.

Can't decide which filter to use so I tried all at once. I don't really use filter at all so I am not sure which one is best. I am not really pro filter so it's up to the point of view of the persons looking.
Anyway, early afternoon to all! We just finished our lunch break. I had a bowl of pancit guisado and half rice. I don't really eat pancit with rice, I just tried it today coz my office mates say it's a good combination. But I am used to eating pancit alone, or pancit in bread.
Last July 23, hubby brought me with him when he attended his friend's invitation for a birthday celebration. A few of his colleagues that join long rides with us are also present, so their wives are also there. We've been together on long rides for 2 or 3 times this year so we are good friends already.
I just wanna share, how hubby was when he tags me along during their liquor sessions. Seems like he can't really focus.

I chatted my sister in law if their brother already went to them. Hubby and I were wondering if they already talked regarding our motorcycle. Hubby and his brother had an agreement that we are selling him our 1st motorcycle for 12k. That he will be giving us a partial payment of 7 or 8k and will pay the remaining in installment. But it was already 2 weeks that he was using our motorcycle and we still haven't received any payment at all.
Well, it could have been our fault entirely since we allowed him to use the motorcycle first without any payment. I wonder if it's because.if blood connection that we disregard any issues specially if money is involved. If you will ask me, it shouldn't really be tolerable. Hubby and I did our best and work our hardest to earn to buy our motorcycles. I understand that we are more capable than his brother and in fact we could just give it to him but it's like tolerating him more. There is no hardwork at all.
Today is the third day that our logistics officer is absent. We are suspecting that she has dengue as it's common recently. We hope gets well soon. Coz as long as she's absent I am the one to do all her pending work. So I won't be able to finish mine on time.

Gosh that was one strong earthquake! At first I thought it was just like the usual quick quake that last only a few seconds.
It scared us when we waited a few seconds more but the shaking intensified so we went calmly to our warehouse open ground. We saw the coconut trees and the vehicles parked sway a little. While waiting for the earthquake to stop, we contacted our families and thankfully everyone was safe also.
It was my first time to experience a long and strong earthquake because in the 1990 killer earthquake I was only a few months old. I hope everyone was safe too.
2014. Hubby and I had our first motorcycle through installment contract of 35 months. The down payment was 1888 pesos and monthly amortization was around 2k pesos. We are just starting our relationship then as husband and wife. But we already decided to secure our own means of transportation. Back then hubby was jobless and I was mall tenant employee.
2018. Our second motorcycle was also bought through installment contract of 35 years. Down payment was also 1888 pesos and monthly amortization was 3.5k pesos. Hubby already had a job then as a security guard while I was already an office staff. He used our 1st motorcycle and I used the second.
2022. Just 2 weeks ago today we got our 3rd motorcycle through installment again. A contract of 36 months and quite heavy down payment of 76.2k pesos but with only 4k pesos of monthly amortization. It was our dream motorcycle and we finally had it. We still had the other 2 motorcycles.
Hubby said he finally had his dream ride and was already content. I told him I wanted a 4wheels and wonder if we can achieve it after 4 years.
After a few weeks of not receiving any that I can share around, and more or less a week of not being active here, finally!

Good evening everyone! There's just one issue I wanna share here. It's actually not related regarding the platform. But definitely everyone's issue as well.
To begin with, our purses are aching of the prices that kept increasing specially on our commodities. One huge impact to me and my community recently is the continuing increase of our electricity bill.
Last month the kwh rate was around 9php. Today our electric company shared to Facebook that they will be increasing the rate to around 16php/kwh. A few years back our electricity bill was only around 1.5k. It kept on climbing no matter how we try to save electricity. We thought our peak was already at 2.5k but last month it went up to 3.5k. If the rate was increased to around 16php/kwh then our bill might be expected to go up to 5 to 6k!!!?

Happy Sunday morning everyone! It's my laundry day again. Today I decided to wash the clothes in the morning because hubby is already opening shift and he just went out to work.
The rain last night was very hard. Hubby went out to go to his friend's small birthday celebration. He earned plus points from me, lol! Coz yesterday he drove me to work in the morning and then picked me up in the afternoon, before he enjoyed the night with friends. It was already almost 6pm by the time he went to his friends and before 9pm he was already home! I did not even worry much. Nowadays being home from friends by 9pm is too early.
Yesterday was a very busy but blessed day. I attended bunsuan's moving up in the morning, ate Kelin's graduation in the afternoon, and we brought home our dream motorcycle in between. Thank you Lord for all the blessings we continue to receive. I offer everything to God. ❤
Araw na naman ng Linggo. Nag iisang araw ng pahinga sa loob ng isang buong linggo at nakapaan para sa labada. Pagtapos nito ay baka sakaling makapamasyal saglit sa bayan kung susuwertehing hindi uulan. Matagal tagal na rin nung huli kaming nakakain sa labas at naigala ni hubby si bunsuan.

Kung birthday mo na bukas, ano ang gusto mong matanggap na regalo sa dalawa, lechong baboy o devant 43 inches tv? Kunwari wala ka pang tv ha o kaya ung tv mo ay picture tube palang at parang nang may ulan ulan habang nanonood ka.

Kanina naman ay nagchat ako sa hipag ko, see 3rd photo, na pursigido talagang isecure ang lechon sa handaan. Ang siste ay gusto nyan igaya ang 70th bday ng father in law ko sa mga kamag anak nilang may mga kaya naman talagang hamak. Yung mga kamag anak nilang kompleto na ng gamit sa bahay hanggang sa tv, ref, aircon at wifi. Samantalang ung bahay ng mga in laws ko kada uulan ng malakas hanggang sa loob ng bahay may ulan rin sa dami ng tulo sa mga butas ng bubong.
Ayoko talaga ng ganitong mindset ng mga pinoy. Ang toxic! Nakikipagmayabangan sa kapwa. Pag may nakitang bongga o sosyal gusto sila rin kahit hindi naman akma sa pamumuhay nila. Yung bang sukdulang ipangutang o ipaobliga sa kamag anak ang mga gagastusin mairaos lang ung gusto nila.
Kaya kung ako ang pipili lechon o tv? Don ako sa tv. Ung lechon mga bisita lang makikinabang jan hindi naman ung mismong may birthday. Pero ung tv hindi lang sa birthday nya makikita yan. Araw araw nyang makikita mahahawakan at magagamit. Sino ba kasi ang gustong pasayahin, ung may birthday o ung mga bisita? Ang birthday para sa celebrant yan ang mga bisita spectators lang sila at makikicelebrate.

Paano naman kasi, sinabi sa akin ni hubby kagabi na tnxt daw sya kahapon ng kapatid nya. Tinatanong ko kung ano ang sabi? Ang sabi nya basahin ko nalang daw at ako nalang daw ang magreply.
So ito ang sabi ng hipag ko, "kapatid 3months and 20days nalang 70th bday na ni tatay ipaglechon naman natin ha matagal pa naman magtabi na tayo ng paunti unti". So pagkabasa ko non nawala ako sa mood. May plano kasi kaming bilhin ni hubby kaso hindi pa namin nabubuo ang perang pambili ay mukhang may ibabawas pa.
Bakit kasi kailangang mag obliga ng ibang tao. Okay lang sana kung manghingi ng share pero ung itotoka mo mismo ung panglechon ay grabe! Hindi naman basta basta lang ang lechon. At dahil naloka nga ako sa chat nya ay nag inquire agad ako ng presyo.

Strong family ties.
Filipinos are well known for being so close to their families. We take care of our elderlies for as long as they live and this gesture has been going on for a very very long time. It has also been in our culture that we live together with our family members, sometimes up to the second degree relatives - an aunt, uncle, grandparent, grandchild, niece, nephew, or half-brother or -sister.
Our culture also include being used to having one breadwinner who is most of the time the father. In the absence of a father, the mother take the responsibility of earning. But in the lack of ability of both parents to earn, or due to old age maybe, the responsibility of making money for the family is passed on to the children, usually the eldest.
I wonder if ever we break this culture, are we rejecting the values our elders impart to us? Sometimes family members are being irresponsible and letting you take care of the rest. The breadwinner becomes selfless taking care of the family while the family take and take what was spread on the table.
That is what I think what we must break. That is letting someone else be responsible for us. We must also be responsible for our own and help the family at the same time. Not just let the family rely on the breadwinner solely.
My dinner for tonight, french fries and nissin ramen noodles. The rain is on and off since this afternoon. I wonder if hubby will be home on time tonight.

I dont know why everytime hubby and I sleep together I always wake up when he's up. Like this midnight I caught him having a snack. Also when he's shift is from 2pm to 10pm, sometimes he would be home and I was already asleep. Usually I would always wake up. Then when he's already asleep it's hard for me to return to sleep.
